BW is same as it has been for a long time, 224.

Remember how we talked about your left knee caving in a initiation of concentric in squat. Couldn't that have contributed to current condition? You need to find out why it was doing that. Also, be wary of it starting again when u resume squatting, today perhaps?

I need to step my game up and start eating some actual food lol.

Yeah I've definitely got to get serious and fix my squat problems. I honestly have no idea what it is or what to do to fix it. I plan to deadlift today and put off squatting another few days to be safe (it doesn't hurt when I deadlift) so we'll see how things go.

Beast mode!

Hit a few PRs recently, and finally got back into squatting without pain. Even hit an easy PR of 385 x 4. Feeling pretty good right now.

Running low on Indigo since I had to cancel my auto-shipment last month. I've been using just 4 caps pre training and I've probably got enough for another 6 sessions or so :/

Down to just a few doses left of Indigo-3G :( glad to see the prices have dropped, though! I'll be able to hop back on once I've graduated and start making some decent money.

Hit a 275 x 3 PR on incline yesterday:

What's good, Adam? I've been following your progress and am very impressed. Great job on the strength and size gains. I just bought some Indigo myself and it should be coming soon. I just have a question for you regarding your training. How do your joints feel squatting, deadlifting, and benching nearly every day?

In one of your recent videos you said your joints were really bothering you. Just curious if this has been an ongoing thing. Just wondering because I've been dealing with some pretty nasty tendonitis in my elbows and knees that have really forced me to take it easy. I will probably only try to deadlift very frequently.

Thanks for stopping in! You're going to love your progress with Indigo. I can't wait until I'm able to start working in a few months so I can hop back on :)

As for frequent training: I think if you're smart with it, like CT's HFS and really understand the principals behind it, you should be able to squat, bench, and pull often without problems. With my recent run of Sheiko, I was pushing squats too hard and too often. It really got bad when I started experimenting with heavy singles on "off days" during the program. I am going to take it rather easy with squats for a while and slowly work my way back to squatting maybe 3 times a week (only 1 being truly heavy and challenging) while the others would be more dynamic effort/HFS style training.

I hope that helps! If you have any other questions, shoot them my way.

Thanks a lot. Do you have any general training and/or nutrition tips you wish you knew when you first started taking Indigo? My goal is to gain a lot of size and strength. For the HFS work I'm going to make sure to start on the lighter side. I'm also gonna make sure I'm going to bump up to 300 carbs minimum as soon as I start taking Indigo. Anything else?

Sounds like you've got your head in the right place! Just train hard, eat plenty of good carbs, and let everything else just fall into place. And yes, if you're ever in doubt with HFS, then use less weight. The point of it isn't to cause fatigue, so you should be feeling better when you're done with HFS than you did when you walked into the gym.

I've been pretty busy lately, but here is some training from the last few days. Nothing too special, just getting the work in.

Are you going to do a meet again any time soon? I will be competing in my first meet Jan 26 here in Lincoln and then again at the Nebraska state meet in April. It would be great to see another indigo competitor in action while I'm there!

I think I'm going to continue logging in here if there is anyone interested. I am currently doing the Indigo Strength program (with some tweaks here and there) so I thought it would be appropriate. For the time being, I am just drinking MAG-10 before/during training.

Here is some pulling from Friday's training:
