To summarize this train wreck of English.

You weigh the same but you are less fat...
You seem smaller and cloths are fitting looser...
It is almost as if you are denser...

What could have caused this?
(A) You lost fat
(B) You gained muscle
(C) Both A & B
(D) A walnut

You may have just lost some fat and gained some muscle in return, as fat weighs less than muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. So a small increase in muscle and a noticeable decrease in fat may have occurred, hence the size decrease. If it really worries you that much go ask a doctor and get a check-up.

I was thinking about going to a doctor but what he gonna do about it.. he probably doesn't know shit about this.

Your weight is the same. Your strength is the same. You seem to be feeling OK physically. There is nothing wrong with you dude. Sometimes my shirts pants fit different on different days. I'm about your size at 5'11 208 and I can relate to your issues. Don't stress about it.

Like I said but apparently breaking in clothing isn't appropriate, considering he said nothing has changed yet clothes fit looser. If I put a tshirt in the dryer it fits tighter, air dry...not so tight.
