Hi Guys,
I've been training off and on for a while now but am wanting to take it more seriously. I'm wanting to gain weight gradually and not make the mistake of "all out bulking" and just ballooning. I'm 26 and around 155-160lbs and am currently eating 3000kcals with c.150g protein.
My question is, is this adequate, or should I be looking to up this?
Cheers guys (go easy - first post!!)
If you're steadily gaining weight, around 1-3 lbs per month, and consistently getting stronger at basic lifts, you're eating enough. If you're gaining 3+ lbs a month, or not gaining weight, and/or not gaining strength, your diet is inadequate, or downright shitty.
