Have you got something to complain about? Or maybe, for once in your life, you've got a good suggestion. This is the place to air it out.

Thanks for answering my question TC, not sure if the family would be OK with cancelling the vacation so I can wee-wee in Tim's toilet, but we may have to make that extra stop on our road trip.

This isn't a big deal, but I've always wondered why articles by regular authors do not include a quick link that will bring up a list of all their contributions to TMUSCLE.

Hah! I guess I'm needed.
In order to use a proxy service you need two things.
1). A computer with a web browser.
2). A proxy server of some sort.
Proxy servers can be found all over the net. A simple google search will come up with a shit ton of them.
I just ran a google search and came across this site ( http://www.publicproxyservers.... ) which should help you in finding a decent proxy server.
Now, some proxy servers will provide a web interface (like this one: http://greabproxy.tk/ ). All you need to do is enter the URL that you want to visit and BAM! You got it!
Others require you to edit your internet connection settings in your web browser. Again, a quick Google search revealed the following: http://www.topbits.com/...y-browser.html. There are step-by-step instructions for IE and Firefox. They even have a recommended proxy list for you to check out.
Hope that helped!

A one time Biotest had a plan to offer several great stacks, like Alpha Male, plus the main ingredients as separate products, like TRIBEX. Whatever became of this plan? I miss RED KAT and would like to have that as a separate product without buying the full Alpha Male stack.

Regarding your comment on claims about how much protein can be assimilated: Some time ago, Dr. Lowery reported on a study on how much protein could be synthesized from a single meal, and the max amount appeared to be around 20 grams. In the study, as I recall, egg-white protein was used, and Lowery mentioned that other protein sources would no doubt be studied in the months and years ahead. Are you aware of additional studies that have been conducted since Lowery's report?
When I first read about the study, a number of questions came to mind: How often can I consume 20 grams of protein and synthesize the full amount? What about slow-digesting proteins versus fast-digesting proteins: do we only get 20 grams regardless the rate of digestion? What about the body's ability to adapt: can it not "learn" to assimilate more protein if protein requirements become greater? And are there hormonal advantages to consuming protein over and above the amount that can be absorbed? I'd love to see a full treatment of this subject.

There still around, but not on the main page in the open like they used to be (which I kinda miss). Go to Forums and at the bottom you'll see "Strong Words".
example...
T-Cell Alpha
War Room
Article Discussions
Strong Words
Author's Locker Room
And I have a question for the Forum members, I enjoy reading the strong words but very rarely does anyone discuss them, like when this person said it or why and there thoughts on the quote in general.

I really enjoyed the Matt K article from a week or two back, could we get more of those with similarly impressive people?
Stan Efferding comes to mind, or somebody like Pudzianowski or Konstantinovs would be awesome if you can get someone to translate

I really appreciated last week's article by Dr. John Berardi. Instead of editing his stated habit of switching up between Metabolic Drive and MuscleMilk, you let it stand. Even if it meant losing half your sales because us protein addicted Johnny-Boy fans are now switching back and forth to fight off developing possible food allergies. I remember a while back you were getting hated on for promoting your supplements on your website. What now, haters?

Hey, TC,
This was a good reader mail column, q&a over concrete issues, and not just glorified shooting the shit ... And most important and most elusive virtue: somehow the q&a doesn't feel like it would have gone as well using the forums.
Thanks,
Brian

Dear TC,
Its a pity you guys don't ship your products internationally. I live in Europe, and have never travelled to the US myself, but still am a very loyal customer of Biotest supplements. I started reading TMuscle articles more than 10 years ago when I used to live in India. Over the last two years, that I've lived in Europe, I became your customer because I finally figured out a way to get access to your products.
Because of your "no shipping abroad" policy, the only way I can your stuff, is by begging friends/relatives who travel across the atlantic to carry some for me. So each time I hear of somebody I know making a trip from the US to Europe, I start begging, pleading and pulling favors from them, just so that they'll give me their local address in the US (to which I buy and and ship the goods) and then they bring them to me in Europe.
And each time there's a limit to how much people are willing to carry for me, sometimes its only 3 boxes of Metabolic Drive or Surge Recovery, or just a few bottles of Flameout, HOT-ROX Extreme, ZMA, L-Leucine, etc.
I wish there was a better way. I know that other companies like bodybuilding.com do ship their goods overseas (but they don't sell Biotest supplements).
Just so you know, if there was some way I could buy your supplements and have them delivered to me in Europe, I would probably increase my purchases from your site by 10 times. The supplements available in local stores here are such crap, and they cost so much more. It's not fair, you Americans have it all.
I'm sure you guys have considered international expansion, I'm just curious to know why not? The world is a big place, and I know that there is a huge market for your goods in Europe and Asia. If you ever happen to look beyond your country's borders, please do remember me, as a customer and maybe even as a business partner.
Hope you continue all the good work.
cheers,
Gurveer Singh

Hypothetical Question:
You and Tim Patterson are walking through the woods when a viper bites Tim in the head of his penis. The only way to save his life is to suck the venom out. Will you save Tim's life?

Hypothetical Question:
You MUST choose one. Either have Brock Lesnar break your humorous in an arm bar, or have Brock Lesnar rape you. Which do you choose? I choose the arm break; my friends just say â??They arenâ??t breaking their humorous.â??

I once read that arsenic is anabolic (in small doses). Chicken are fed with arsenic to make them grow bigger. Maybe it's a secret ingredient of muscle milk.

We do ship internationally.
In fact, there are only a few countries worldwide to which we do not ship.

We are formatting all of 2010's articles into Issues. In the mean time, you can still find them here:
