It would be nice to see everyone progress on a single forum.

This forum could be used by all users to post progress thru the weeks.

My suggestion would be to post your starting stats (on whatever you feel is relevant) and than quote these stats as you post progress results

Basically, this forum would be used not to speak about how we feel about the product, the workouts we went thru or whatever else but strickly about PROGRESSION

Starting around mid/high 190's, now steady at 203 without eating for bulking.

Won't start taking weekly pics until Jan (start of prep), but had a few former students pop by to say hi, and thought I was looking pretty thick in this pic they snapped.

Starting weight 164. Just completed my first workout on the protocol.

i did 2x FINiBARs (dark chocolate is amazing), 2x anaconda, and 1.5x MAG-10. Just to ease into it, and see how i felt.

Workout went great, no real problems getting down the fluids. Hit a reps PR for squats and i feel awesome right now.

Starting at 240 lbs. Not as lean as some of you guys here but I don't mind being a fatty. ;)

When I 're-started' the protocol I was back down to 218, well I went as low at 195 (in the experimental arm video, not training or eating much). I'm 227lbs now. I will be working with Shelby for what might be a comeback... I would like to be in contest shape at around 210lbs and dehydrate down to make weight for the light heavies at 198.

so far my best lifts are...

Squat: 325
Bench: 230
Deadlift: 413

all in competition, unequipped, @ 165lbs (weight around 163 on meet day)

But id like to see what its like to compete in the 181 class.

Try keeping this to progress only for this forum and leave the "how you used the protocol or felt about it" to the other forum

Than again, thats my suggestion for this forum, ur free to do whatever you want lol

No doubt. I don't put my trust in anybody. It's the downfall of being a decent strength coach:

- It's almost impossible to do a high level contest without guidance

- When you are a good coach, it is almost impossible to find someone you trust enough so that you don't second guess him

6'1"

BF% has to be around 15% now. Since I've been "bulking up" after the end of the summer beach volleyball tourneys when I was 195 lbs @ 8-10% bf then. I'm going to post pics and keep a training log on the user forum (not in this thread, of course) starting on Monday.

Start weight 168.

I'm all of about 5'6 - 5'7 and around 10-12% bf.

Going for 180 as a short term goal, and 190 longer term.

Yeah man, it'll be interesting. I'm no powerlifter, and I don't really lift for strength, but here are the stats.

Squat: 365 x 3 (built for it)
Bench: 245 x 2

I haven't dead lifted in a long time, so I've no idea what that looks like.

Just got my protocol in the mail, will probably start it tomorrow.

Stats:

BW:166
Deadlift: ~430
Squat: ~440
Bench: ~300
BF: 8-10%

Looking to get stronger with a secondary emphasis on packing on some clean mass.

I'll keep everyone posted with my progress.

5'10, 198lbs around 12% bf. ill be starting dec. 21

right now my max lifts are at
squat:415
deadlift:445
bench:255

my football season recently ended so these are a little below my all time maxs so it might be hard to determine if any strength gains made are due to the protocol or due to lifting more regularly again

I'll start this around 161-162 when I get there with best lifts at Bench 260 Deadlift 405 Squat 365

I wanna put on around 40 lbs and honestly want 80-90% of it to be muscle. I've wasted enough time screwing around and not improving, I wanna be big.
