Correct, MAG-10 contains basically leucine-rich casein hydrolysate and citrulline malate. While Anaconda contains everything in MAG-10 in addition to the things you mentioned.

I think the reason for having them separate is that MAG-10 can be used for pulsing throughout the day since it doesn't have creatine. Using anaconda for that would probably give you too much creatine.

Also, I don't know if you would benefit from having pulses of Beta Alanine spaced throughout the day either. If you recall, some people didn't stomach very high doses of it, and had to play around with how much they took during their training sessions.

Last I heard, Biotest opinion was that there was likely an acute effect of BA. I think it's more like creatine in that a loading and "building" the intramusclular dose is probably more important. Timed release would be good for this purpose, or several daily doses would do the job as well.

The consensus seems to be that you want to take the Beta Alanine around (before, during) your training, hence kinda wasteful trying to spread it out throughout the day (that's why Thib's early recommendations all had you start downing the 'Conda before you actually hit the weights).
