Using Anaconda and Mag-10 Outside of Training?

Okay after three of the worst workouts I have had using the Anaconda protocol before-during-after training I won't do it anymore. It's not a problem of getting all the liquid in but it doesn't sit well with me. I get a upset stomach but not to the point where I have to vomit etc. At first I though I was putting to much flavouring in being 2 caps (as suggested) then I dumped down to 1 1/2 caps and still get my stomach upset. Perhaps cutting the doseing (scoops) down? But I don't want to deviate from what was set out.

I have better workout eating a peanut butter jam samwhich 15 mins before workout and powdered gatorade before and during my workout (Today I deadlifted 405lbs for the first time and wouldn't been able to do that with the feeling I have ising the protocol). So, my question is how else can I use the protocol that's not in my training time? Even providing me a link or where to start looking would be great.

Are you using protocol 1 or protocol 2?

Protocol 2. Money reasons.

Edit: I just read the thread below mine it being the "ANACONDA protocol 2" and found some stuff out in there. Such as it can be the creatine in the Anaconda that I can be sensitive to and Mod Brain suggested to another member to subsitute Anaconda for MAG-10. I'll give that a go tonight and see what I come up with.

If that is the case can I get a refund on the open bottle? I still have ones sealed that I don't think that would be a problem. Also depends if it's worth it to send back.

My experiment in today's drink;

-Did not add in Anaconda scoops, had only 1 scoop of MAG-10 and 1 scoop of Surge work-out fuel and 1 cap of a new flavouring. Had much better workout felt no discomfort at all. So, I singled out the Anaconda and perhaps the type of flavour and how much. Reason for adding 1 scoop of each was not to waste a scoop if it really was the MAG-10 or Surge.

How many scoops of Anaconda were you using before? If it was 2, you might be ok with a single scoop. If not, stick to MAG-10+SWF.

Anything over 1 cap of flavoring in my opinion is overkill. I also experienced abdominal problems if I exceeded 2 scoops of Anaconda, so now I only use 1-2 scoops. I also noticed the issue dissipated over time if that's any help to you...

Yes, I was using two scoops of Anaconda. I will try one scoops outside of my workout to test for discomfort. I hate wasting my workout time to a upset stomach. I'll give that a go and see what I come up with.

I know what you mean, the entire protocol was too much for my system no matter how much time I have it to acclimate. The best combo I found was 1-1-1 with ANACONDA, MAG-10, and Surge Workout Fuel. It provides great recovery and doesn't upset my stomach as much (still occasionally though). Currently I'm using 2 MAG-10 and 1 Surge Workout Fuel and that seems to work well for me too.
