Is there a difference between protocol 1 and 2 which one is "better"? Also, can someone really throw me down some of your progress that you've made with the protocols and which ones did you use.
Also, if there is time for you guys, is anyone willing to share some tips, on macronutrients ratio for the I,BODYBUILDER phases?
Thanks

No offence, but you should re-read everything.

All your questions are answered by actually reading it.

Macros are the same for life. Eat. If something doesnt work, change. If you get fat, you eat to much or your work outs are not intense enough. etc.

Not rocket surgery.

They only said that there was 2 protocols, didn't say which one was "better". Well CT's training philosophy is very different from others, I was just wondering if it also applied a different style of eating... Does doing the IBB program "HAVE" to use the protocols? I know that on his forums says that it is mandatory, but i saw couple forums that some people don't even use the protocols and get great results out of it.

-Thanks

You know, that as human beings we have choices. No one is holding a gun to your head.

For "Maximum" growth follow protocol 1
For great results, follow protocol 2

Not using any protocol will not make you fail, it will take you longer.

I would love to use P1, but can't afford it. Have been getting great gains from P1. Finding that I also love SWF.

Do what you like, just remember the gain will be different.

As for as eating, do what is best for you. CT used a lot of fasting, but now uses Indigo and his diet has changed. He also advocates for you to make up your own mind. Do what works for you. His programs are guidlines, not stone written.
