hi,first time posting but long time reader on T-Nation,i love the principles and ideas of this programme,my problem is i dont have 5/6 days a week to train,can this programme be run on a 4 day split??im currently running laynes power/hypertrophy on a 4 day split,2 power days:mon :back/chest/tri ,tue:legs/shoulders/bi all movements are power structered lifts,bb rows,bench,squat,bb press etc,low reps 5/3 rep sets,then hypertropic thur:back/chest/tri and sat :legs/shoulders/tri .on these days i run them more like complexes,higher rep range with as much weight as possible with good form and ample rest before moving to next excersise,eg. bb row for 30 seconds,rest 60/90 seconds then db bench then on etc.so can i use the I,Bodybuilder on a 4 day split????
