hi coach,

What you recomend?
Sorry about the english im form chile

Yes, you can do the program 5 days in a row and then take off the weekends.
Reduce the volume a bit on the non spec days if 5 days in a row becomes too much.

i was thinkin on doing monday- specialization; tuesday-whole body; wednesday- specialization; thursday- whole body; friday- specialization. I mean moving saturday to thursday. Then i have more rest for the specialization muscle, because i dont have two specialization workouts in consecutives days.

That's a good plan and how I did it when I couldn't workout on the weekend.

What about those who couldn't superset three or four or sometimes even two exercises? I doubt it's recommended, but how much would this damage the program if you didn't superset while still keeping rest times low?

Do something else then. There is a madness to his methods after all.

Just did a show a week ago. Judges liked my legs but wanted to see more development in my upper pecs, and they liked the width of my lats but they want to see me bring my lats further down, focusing on my lower back. If doing this program should I stick to the exact exercises in the chest and back phases or would anyone recommend changing the exercises up to focus on my weak areas?

Do you have any women doing this program? Do you recommend the Anaconda Protocol for a female athlete?

hi,first time posting but long time reader on T-Nation,i love the principles and ideas of this programme,my problem is i dont have 5/6 days a week to train, can this programme be run on a 4 day split??im currently running laynes power/hypertrophy on a 4 day split,2 power days:mon :back/chest/tri ,tue:legs/shoulders/bi all movements are power structered lifts,bb rows, bench, squat,bb press etc,low reps 5/3 rep sets, then hypertropic thur:back/chest/tri and sat :legs/shoulders/tri .on these days i run them more like complexes, higher rep range with as much weight as possible with good form and ample rest before moving to next excersise,eg. bb row for 30 seconds, rest 60/90 seconds then db bench then on etc.so can i use the I,Bodybuilder on a 4 day split????

Have a look at buying 'Fat Gripz', probably an easier/cheaper/space saving alternative, really good for firing up your forearms

I bought some Iron Bull Tgrips because the Fat Gripz didn't fit on some of my bars.

As for the program itself, I find it very low volume and I always feel more sore in my joints then in my muscles... Anyone find this too? I don't feel like I'm growing at all. But definitely getting stronger!!!
