Example: Phase 1 Shoulders, on Wednesday. Max Force Sets.
The video shows them going from each exercise, one after the other. Like a somewhat like a superset.
Are you supposed to superset, one exercise to the next?
Or are you supposed to, for each exercise, complete all sets for that exercise, before moving to the next exercise?

There's an I,BODYBUILDER forum, but yeah if the exercise list shows them as A1 A2 A3 etc... then you superset them.
