Do you sip it throughout your workout, or do you take the recommended doses 20 or so minutes apart? What do you think works better? The former method provides a steady stream of nutrients, whereas the latter seems like it would be more favorable to optimal protein synthesis (due to the peaks & valleys of blood aminos).

I personally sip, but I want to hear what works for you guys.

youre not exactly creating peaks and valleys of protein synthesis with 20 minute intervals but ive tried both ways and didnt really notice much of a difference

I just sipped it throughout the workout. I did do pulses with MAG-10 throughout the day if that helps.

Sipped. It was to uncomfortable to drink 500ml then go right into a set. Where if I sip it I take in as I "thirst" and never feel it in my stomach. If that makes sense.

1. Fill Nalgene jug
2. Pour half into shaker cup; chug.
3. Refill shaker cup; take to gym to drink throughout workout
4. ...
5. Profit!
