What is the best way to do the Anaconda protocol on a budget. Here is what I have right now:

Anaconda
MAG-10
Alpha GPC
FINiBARS

I train three times a week for about 1.5 hours (modified StrongLifts 5X5 program), my goal muscle gain, not fat loss. I would like to stretch my supplies of Anaconda and MAG-10 as long as reasonably possible.

What is the best way to do the Anaconda protocol on a budget? What do you guys think about using only 1 scoop of Anaconda and 1 scoop of MAG-10 for an entire workout?

Question for Mod Brian.

In the Adding More Creatine to ANACONDA thread, you said: There's no reason to use Creatine monohydrate, or any other form of Creatine, on days when you use Anaconda. My question is: Is it still the case even if I use only one scoop of Anaconda, or is it only true for two scoops or more? Thanks.

Hi, buddy. My feeling is that one scoop of each is better than none. So, one Finibar, one Anaconda, one MAG-10. The Alpha GPC, at the dose recommended, is useless, as far as I'm concerned. However, since you've got it, you may as well throw it in. You may consider Surge Workout Fuel. So, one Finibar, one Anaconda, one MAG-10, one SWF...yeah, that'd work. It's reasonably priced, too. Apparently, I was mistaking this for Glycine Propionyl-L-Carnitine, which is shown to require 4.5 grams..The dose of Alpha GPC (900mg) seems to be effective....Sorry about that.
