Setting Up ANACONDA Protocol for Mass

whats up guys I have a bottle of ANACONDA, MAG-10, Surge Workout Fuel, and abox of FINiBARs I need help getting a protocol set up for a mass gaining phase. Currently im doing Surge Workout Fuel, ANACONDA, MAG-10 drink 17 oz 10 min befor workout drink another 17 oz about half way through, and the last 8 oz after the workout. Would like to throw my FINiBARs in there some way as well. Any advice?

Workout time under 90min - FINiBAR before
Workout time over 90min - FINiBAR halfway through.

Not strictly obviously, but roughly that. I usually only have the FINiBAR during my post-Pulse Fast workout. As for everything except for the FINiBAR, check this article:

thanks bip, I guess I somehow missed that I have already read the article, that clears everything up as far as the FINiBARs go I will just try it pre as well as para and see which one my body responds to better. Thanks for the help

No problem. The part about FINiBARs was mentioned in the LiveSpill for this article as far as I remember.

I've only had a FINiBAR during a workout once so far (and a couple of times before a workout). I was able to go straight into a set of squats as soon as I finished chewing. I think Dave Tate also has one in the middle of the workout. So in terms of how well you should be able to handle it during the workout, I wouldn't worry.

As for the effects on body composition etc, I don't think there will be a huge difference between both options. Instead I would simply go by energy levels and hunger. If your sessions are long and you tend to start feeling hungry by the end, I think a single FINiBAR during the workout will be better than a single one before. This will be different if you use more FINiBARs (with 2 before a workout, plus the full ANACONDA drink it took me ages to start feeling hungry later), but I'd rather have most carbs in the form of Surge Workout Fuel at this point. It just feels better than going through the workout carbless after having 2-3 FINiBARs before.

Definately, since im tryig to pack on as much mass as possible i might try something to the affect of 40 min out have 1 FINiBAR 20 min out drink first dose of ANACONDA and depending on the workout length and volume maybe add a FINiBAR in during the workout as well. Thanks for the advice BiP.
