I know some have posted questions to CT (and Mod Brian) about adding or subtracting certain amounts of the AP ingredients....like, adding Surge Recovery pre and post workout, adding or subtracting a scoop of Anaconda or MAG-10, etc.
I've tried two combinations the last couple of days and have had great success.....
1.
-60-90 1.5-2 caps Alpha-GPC
-30 2 FINiBARs
-10 Anaconda Protocol 2...2 Surge Workout Fuel, 2 Anaconda, 1 MAG-10
**did a brutal leg session on this day, and felt incredible. I felt even better than using the entire original AP (3 FB, 3 A, and 2 M10). Maybe I just felt great on this particuliar day, so I'll have to do it a few more times to be sure. It's a little higher in carbs, but slightly lower in cals, although not significantly lower

-10 3 scoops Workout Fuel, 2 Anaconda, 1 MAG-10
**Did a "Push" workout, and again, felt great....even better than the above combination, but it was an upper body workout vs. lower body, so difficult to gauge.
I used only 1600 ml of water. This combo has less carbs than the above (96 vs. 142), less calories, and less water.
I haven't figure out which combonation has a larger dose of Beta, leucine, casein hydrolyslate, etc...but I've had a great experience with both combos.
If you're focusing on fat loss, these could be a great tool to have, while watching overall calorie intake.
I'm not sure if this screws up the protocol in terms of optimal levels of taking in the most important ingredients mentioned above, but I've been really pleased with how I've felt during my workouts.
CT or Mod Brian---Do these differing combonations from the first and second protocols reduce the effectiveness of what you guys have been advocating? I know it's not necessarily about the macro's of each protocol, but more about getting enough of the ingredients in each.
