My question is...if one were to consume the Finibars 30 minutes prior for the first protocol, or consume the first dosage of the second protocol 10 minutes prior to working out, would having a can of Spike in between, reduce the effectiveness of either protocol?
This may be impossible to answer, but just wondering what the latest thoughts on this were.
Depending on how heavy my WO will be I take 1 or 2 Spike tabs and a quad espresso and have used ANACONDA during WO taking one scoop at -10 WO and then another scoop during WO, usually have my best WO's that way.
Remember it's 10mg caffeine per kilo BW for correct dosage. I am close to that with the espresso and 2 Spike - oh yeah Power Drive is in the mix too.
