Can MAG-10 cause acne? I searched online and it said it mightbut it was dated 2003 so, I do not know if that was a past product.

MAG-10 was the name of a completely different type of product in 2003.

It would be highly unlikely for the current MAG-10 to have any negative effects on one's acne.

I have been using Anaconda and MAG-10 for 4 weeks. One of the most amazing things that is happening for me is that I am leaning out like never before. I can eat more than before and I am leaner. Is Anaconda supposed to lean you out? I do not see that as a benefit listed on the label. Please respond.

Hey, i didnt know where to post this. I just have a little question.I went through all the information provided. If i follow the routine without taking ANACONDA. How much effective will it be? Is there any point? I cant afford to buy ANACONDA as i live in Pakistan and its price is equal to my three months salary. I get money from where ever i can to to buy a descent diet for myself. So what do u suggest?

I, BODYBUILDER is just a program... thats it. yes, it works.

the ANACONDA protocol is just a supplement strategy. it HELPS the program by making sure recovery is there

Anaconda and the other supps in the protocol serve as recovery aids. Meaning that you can serious trash your body and make gains from it (or even train 3x a day like Christian was doing for a while). Obviously you can find other methods to improve your recovery, but your best bet is always having a balance between your dietary support and your training.

Stupid question, but I would really like to know the answer.

In both Protocol 1 and Protocol 2, it specifically states that the MAG-10/Anaconda/SWF mixture should be drank over 4 doses before/during/after the workout. To this point, I've been taking the first dose about minutes pre-workout, then drinking the rest at a steady pace starting about 10 minutes into the session. So my question is, does it actually make a difference if one pulses vs. sips?

Sorry if this has already been answered - I'd seen the question come up before but didn't see the response.

I've just ordered protocol 2, could whey and maltodextrin be used workout -20 as then drink rest as normal or would this affect absorbtion?

I would say whatever method helps you to get the required amount in, do that, i don't think there will be much of a difference personally between sipping or taking 400ml doses at once.

Thank you for the reply. :) im trying to eat at list 6 clean meals a day. Im very dedicated to my workout. All i wanna know is would this product really work by only 4-5weeks of short period? And i have never used any GH or AS. Is this stuff similar to GH?

No, it is only a really advanced form of carbs+proteins and other added goodies. Think of it as the ultimate liquid version of chicken and rice that you consume before/during/after training for optimal recovery from your sessions.

This is why it's important to have you diet in check first. If you're after fat loss, this isn't going to help if your still taking in too many calories and eating junk food.

how long should i wait after the last dose of protocol 2 for my P+C PWO meal? it be beneficial to go extra on the protein in this meal or throughout the day?
