Are you sure it's the Alpha-GPC? Drinking all that water + the creatine in ANACONDA makes my stool a little more watery, but I don't think Alpha-GPC contributes to the situation at all.

No issues here. I take one capful 90 min preworkout and one capful before bed. I've been doing this since October 2009.

I've always taken 2 caps before training and never noticed anything like you mention. What other factors could be contributing?

this summer when i was dieting, i was using AP2 and had some pretty gross watery shits as well
