I am just finishing the last phase pf I,BODYBUILDER. I loved the program and I made some really nice gains. What are people doing after I,BODYBUILDER, any suggestions on what to do after I,BODYBUILDER. I was thinking about going back to the 5/3/1, but I am not sure.

You could go thru the program again or use the concepts to develop your own program.

This is what I've been doing. I've been mixing and matching stuff from IBB and the Training Lab and I've made some significant gains in a short amount of time. Back up to ~225 and a lot leaner than I was last time hah.
