That side pose is sweet. Once you are lean, I agree, it will be dominant.

In just two weeks of using John Meadow's back exercises/techniques in addition to that 1.5 rep technique I posted, back thickness isn't really looking like too much of a weak point anymore.
;)

How much weight have you lost in between shots? You seem especially more defined in the arms and shoulders but it could be the lighting/angle. Not knocking your progress or anything but when you said thickness was an issue I was like "WTF is he talking about?" lol.

And, in just two weeks your arm positioning in the pose has gotten much better, yay progress!

Definitely some good progress.
Not sure if I missed it, but what specific exercises are you doing the 1.5 rep technique on? Do you feel it workes better for some exercises over others?

Looking real good, Way. Hopefully I can make half the progress you have.

+1 on this.
Back has made a significant transformation for only 2 weeks, seems to be a ton of fat loss.

Hey bruh, I wanted to thank you for the inspiration you gave me when I first started out, I remember thinking to myself jesus christ this huge kunt is only a few years bigger than me FML. Best of luck with your contest, I'm sure you'll be shredded as fuck and may attain a level of sickening unbeknown to many (with the exception of maybe Jason Genova).

Hey guys, I'm not going to be posting regularly on this website anymore for the reason I stated above. The powers that be obviously do not want me posting, and it's not worth the huge pain in the ass and hassle to sit around and wait for 8 hours for each post I make to show up.
I'll post the end product after august 4th just so this thread has a conclusion, but this post and contest pics will be the last time I post here.
Thanks for all the encouragement guys.
Peace.

The website is fine, there are posters who are 'marked' to use a clumsy monicker, and have all of their posts cleared by a moderator, which delays them showing on the forum. Way happens to be one of these people(my hunch would be because of all the time he has spent talking about non-Biotest supplements, something that they don't like here very much, love it or hate it the reason is obvious enough).
Can anyone PM me a site I can follow along with Way's progress?
