You OHP more than I bench...ASSHOLE!

Good job on the weight-loss and still keeping monstrous strength. Surely, it wouldn't have been possible without BRAIN CANDY and super-duper-barely-legal-elite-secret INDIGO PROTOCOL 4G and 3-times a day every day extreme neuro-charging workouts!

Oh wait...

hey meat

Is there anyway you can military press/push press in a slingshot? I recall you saying the titan was better and the slingshot failed because of its design or something along those lines.

Thanks

i'm assuming this Brain Candy is some sort of supplement?? no supplements for me other than my generic protein powder mixed with gatorade.

thanks brother!! i'm going to keep going with it. i definitely don't need to get to single digit body fat but maybe 230.

i tried the slingshot and it's design doesn't lend itself to doing overhead press with it. pick up a titan..it's only $50 and definitely worth the money.

Your PRs/training is so impressive I feel embarrassed to even post in this thread. 510 front squat, 325x2 overhead press and bw + 70 x 5 pullups all in one short page. Your pretty much superhuman at this point, as I'm sure your well aware. The consistent progress displayed at such a high level is very inspiring.

thanks for the kind words. I'm happy to be making any progress considering i've dropped a good bit of weight lately. definitely not even close to superhuman. i've been training forever. i feel that i'm medeocre at best. just a guy that likes to lift weights and compete once in awhile.

I notice that pretty much all the most successful guys are pretty humble, but regardless of where you may stand, working for these sort of numbers over such a long period of time is definitely something everyone can learn from. At least for me, it helps to remove any sort of "maybe my body will never bench 400lb" type doubts and realise how much is possible if you put in the work for long enough.
