my $0.02 worth. If you can see your damn abs you are probably better off than 85% of americans to begin with.
Getting shredded will take some time but will be possible. Just tell him that everyone has a different set point that they start with AND some people are just a little bit leaner than others to begin with...so says the guy with mellow six pack abs and 11% bf year around : )

unfortunately, I will never be forgotten. My book will go down as one of the most controversial books of all time. Hopefully, If "snookie" the most untalented person on earth, can write a so called ny times best seller, which actually sickens me to the core, my book, which is actually very well written and a one of a kind stories will see success.

This internet tough guy shit is corny. GIve it a rest will ya? Since you dont have the balls to delete my posts, Ill do you a favor and stop posting. If Biotest asks why I wont be spending money here any further, can you do me a favor an refer the kind people to this thread? Thanks.
I'm pretty new to this forum and am not sure what is up with the anger between certain members. Both you and X at least seem to me to know what you are talkin about (keeping in my my knowledge is limited). Honestly Bonez, I don't know you from a hole in the ground and I'm sure your an alright guy. It's just.. as I was reading through this thread I thought that you were coming off as a much bigger "ass" than X. I was really surprised to see you post this acting like your a victim. As well attempting to "punish" Biotest by not purchasing their products because of X is childish. Come on dude... you have a lot to offer other people; be happy. :)

Sounds like a line off of Family Guy or something.
How about an actual time estimated time of arrival?

Well, in RV's defense, that's a tough call because finishing the book linearly is one thing, but then he'll need to go back and re-read it, tie up loose ends, and possibly re-write portions of the entirety, then edit again for grammar and such.

Exactly. Its one huge pain in the ass. Im going to have pay someone that has alot of experience in editing manuscripts. giving some advice on where it needs more written. or more explanation.
From what ive heard, if i go the route of having a publisher publish my book, they only go by the first few pages to determine whether they will publish it or not. This makes me want to start the book in middle, then go back to the beginning and build toward that point. not sure yet.
