Not the best but getting better. In about 3 weeks I have put on almost an inch to each.

You put an inch on your calves in 3 weeks?

You sick, SOB. I mean you walk in that door, on your two jacked calves... all fat and cocky and lookin at me in my chair. And you tell me you added an inch in 3 weeks? I hope that you have a son... A handsome, beautiful, articulate son, who's talented and a star athlete and he has his legs taken away. I mean I pray you know that pain and that hurt.

Don't you put that evil on me!

Wanted to add heavy sled pushes focusing on pushing through your calves. Not sure how you could mimic this if you don't have access to a sled though. Maybe a wheelbarrow? Either way, calf pump was nuts.

I thought D was a given. I was also cruising at the time and not even blasting gear wise. I've never hidden or beat around the proverbial bush when it comes to my gear use. I just didn't assume I needed to mention and lay it out in every thread. I wasn't doing anything unusual or in excessive amounts during the gain.

Maybe if you made this your avi poor mutant wouldn't feel so mislead and all his hopes and dreams of what's possible naturally wouldn't be dashed.

Is that a 30 mls push through a 1 inch 16g needle? Ah, I still couldn't hit the curve.

You could pump me full of HGH, testosterone, tigers blood, and the tears of Chuck Norris and I couldn't hit a 85 mph fastball. Baseball is not my game and the ability of guys like Cabrera or Trout amazes me.

LOL, you and me both. Fuck even swinging a baseball bat at this point is rather painful and uncomfortable to me.

The pain is that bad huh? Loved the post btw. You are in the barrel of posters who keep me around here.

I hate to be that dick...no I don't actually...but old buddy WAS posting about his recent roid use right around the time he told us all he added an inch to his calves in 3 weeks.

Tell me I'm the only one who put that together.

Calves have always been a strong point without even training them. Not going to say anything negative towards you as with your comments you have done enough.

Thanks brah, feelings mutual. Im just a dude trying to be a big fuck like you.

Its common knowledge, he has never been shy about discussing it.

Do you attempt to discredit every PED user like this?

If it weren't for some random late night browsing to waste ten minutes I never would have seen whatever post it was where he laid it out there. And without that, I probably would have had the impression that he used A B C to add an inch in three weeks.

Whatever. I opened the unending can of worms on T Nation. My mistake. Enjoy the rest of your thread.

Seems you are a bit delusional about how much AAS help. They are not magic.

Exactly, im sure Bauber is one of the hardest working/most dedicated lifters on this site.

I bounced at a bar for about a year and the owner of the place wanted to start working out with me. He was a 32 year old guy on test/deca/dbol for about 6 months straight and gained maybe 15 lbs (not all muscle) and had modest at best strength gains. Im no expert on PEDs but that sounds like a good amount to me and my gains were two-fold his in the same amount of time.

You dont just pin yourself with a needle a couple times a week and gain and inch on your calves like magic.

I never discredited the results. I simply questioned the clarity with which the calf routine for +1" in 3 weeks was explained.

I'm sure anyone could just work really hard and do it too. At least, that message seems to be pretty clear in this thread.

Hey, if that's what people label as "delusional about AAS" or "discrediting users of PEDs" then I'm not quite sure who is actually delusional, but I have a fair idea.

I feel like my calves don't grow at all unless I train them every day and take a day off every 4-6. My calves are pretty much shit but they're MUCH better than when I started.

I have decided that I'm a closet Asian. I have a long torso, proportionately short legs, and 17 1/2" calves despite only having worked them once. I mean, really, just once. It was boring. I stopped.

I do walk ~12 miles a week in minimalist shoes, though. Shoes without raised heals absolutely work the calves more than standard dress shoes or sneakers.

Yeah, anyone can work really hard and do it too, especially with PEDS. Thats why Dennis Wolf's calves are so monstrous....

4 minute calves is by far the most effective method for me at least. I've recommended to a few others and all have had outstanding results.

Start a 4 minute timer:
15 reps (explosive eccentric, short pause at top of rep to contract, then a 5 second negative)
10 second rest
Reps to failure using the same explosive eccentric, short pause at top of rep to contract, then a 5 second negative
10 second rest
Reps to failure using the same explosive eccentric, short pause at top of rep to contract, then a 5 second negative
etc etc until 4 minutes is up.

Give it a go, had me hobbling around for days.
