I think Justin is doing well. I've seen him recently on video and he looks to be in good shape. I hope to see him at 100% sometime in the near future.

^^^ This is essentially what I think my arm is gonna do every time I preacher curls. I don't do preacher curls anymore because whenever I do them the tendons going through my elbow feel like they're on fire

Yeah I keep them pretty light just for the pump.
