Can't really compare 'em 'cause while Iverson is an egotistical, delusional douchebag that alienated everyone around him, he at least had major game at one point. Professor Fatty McBackpeddle has never accomplished anything in regards to his "sport", and his biggest claim to fame is fifty thousand posts on a single website.

Well, in the category of experimentation, I've made 2 observations:
Experiment 1: Dropped carbs to an average of <100g for 5 straight days by day 5 I developed a head cold. I have a pretty crummy immune system, and have gotten colds/viruses from dieting too fast previously.

Experiment 2: Stay at constant calories, but give the mind a break by eating "less clean" with carbs up to 225-240g for a few days. By day 3 I was already feeling "puffy" and bloated. Obviously not a surprise, given my carb sensitivity historically, but it was worth it to learn that I am still not lean enough yet to tolerate more carbs
.
Up next:
Try to take in more carbs (was 100g, now 150g), but keep low carb until post-workout. Stick to 100g of carbs on days I don't train.

X, apology accepted.

Stu, thanks for the references. I am digging in already.

Sounds like a plan.

For me at 150g of carbs I feel okay. I'm still losing fat on it with little cardio, swimming 2x a week for 17mins. The odd 2hrs of tennis as well but it hasn't been consistent in my cut.

Do you take a multi vit? What sorts of veg do you get in? I can't imagine myself getting a head cold on 100g of carbs.
