Great...I guess you would call it a Q&A? Regardless it's nice to see that your up on current research and that you even changed how you do things as a result. Anymore interesting studies we should know about? Keago.

Im glad that my appetite columns have been well recieved. You can expect two more columns coming up soon in the next two print mags. In these there will be some discussion of glycerol (in bars and for contest prep), how to structure your meal plan around your training schedule (regardless of when you may train), differences between efas and which you should take, when, and why, protein quality, and fluid needs. In my opinion, it's exciting stuff that you wont want to miss.

Hey John, if fat loss is the main goal and cardio will be done after weight training I assume the 1/2 Surge pre workout shake should NOT be used? (just use the 1 serving after?)

Damn, John, that's some really cool and exciting stuff you are gonna talk about! All those things are important but I would especially like to see the part about "how to structure your meal plan around your training schedule."

Dont use glycerol pre contest. That's the protocol. It not only holds water in the vascular space (veins) but it also draw water into tissues and into subcutaneous space. Im working on seeing if taking it 4 days out (for 2 days in a row), then taking off for the last 2 days might cause a rebound dehydration but cant recommend it just yet. As far as taraxatone, you could take that for the final 5 days in increasing doses each day. Be sure to carb deplete M and T and then slowly eat carbs until the day of the show while keeping fat low and protein moderate. Good luck
