I was fortunate enough to get on Indigo-3G on the second batch. I remember being so excited that I had it delivered overnight! After seeing team 1 members have terrific results with proper training and nutrition help from Chris and Christian, I was even more excited. For me, having a guideline and plan to follow only makes me work harder to succeed and show my hard work. I hope the following is a some what a representation of that.

Beginning Indigo-3G Weight: 174.8 lbs
Today, after 12.5 Weeks: 199.8 lbs

Total gain in 12.5 Weeks: + 25 lbs

Arms Before: 15 1/4"
Arms Now: 16 1/8"

Legs Before: 24"
Legs Now: 25 1/4"

The most important number to me:
Waist Before: 33"
Waist Now: 33.5"

Shoulders Now: 54"

I have a ways to go in my physique before I will be totally happy. However, I did not expect to be at this point for at least another year. In June, I set my goal weight to be mid 190's by June 2012. However, after only 12.5 weeks on Indigo-3G I am nearly 200lbs in the morning. Being this heavy, hasn't take a toll on my body at all!

I feel with Indigo-3G I've increased my endurance and stamina in the gym multiple times, while being 25lbs heavier! I never thought I would be able to increase my work capacity while getting bigger. With Indigo-3G, I've been able to do both! Well, I just finished my 2nd FINiBAR here, and now it's time to hit the gym and put this Indigo-3G to work. Whether or not I get selected, it is a blessing either way. As long as I can get my monthly dose of Indigo-3G, I will keep showing CT, Chris, Tim, the whole T-Nation staff, and fellow T-Nation members my hard work and the Magic of Indigo-3G!

Update: Weight is up to 204lbs now for past few days in the morning, so I can say I have gained 30lbs since using Indigo!

Would love to post a sidebyside but unfortunately i cannot crop my pictures. I began Indigo with a definite amount of skepticism. I just started my second batch the other day, and i have to say things have definitely changed. My weight has gone from 230 to 240ish, and yet i am seeing more visible definition. Muscles are growing again, and i am almost the size i was back before my first attempt at a show, back when i was 265. The arms are measuring at over 19(but leaner than ever) while the shoulders are growing ever more outward, and the back is growing in every way. I still feel that i have some work to do diet wise to take full advantage of these supps, even if im eating a lot more numerically than i have in a while. The jist of this entire rabble is that Growth is, and will continue to grow; but, an extra nudge might not hurt.

"Peter Parker turning in to Spiderman, without the muscle suit -- CS"

EAT MORE GAIN MORE (But don't trust the scale!)
My net change has been about +5 lbs in 12 weeks but the actual change is quite remarkable. I'm at least a 5-8 lbs leaner than before and a hell of a lot bigger.

DO WORK!
My work capacity has sky rocketed to the point where I'm two hours in and still wanting more. If I had the time to do 2 or 3 a days I would do it everyday, but being a student makes that hard.

REAL GAINS
"I had someone tell me yesterday that I had to stop wearing cutoff shirts because I was too JACKED to walk around like that!"

I get this all the time now, this and girls walking up and squeezing my bicep and telling me I look really good. Boosts my confidence when someone in the gym asks me for a spot on a heavy lift. I may still feel small sometimes but I definitely look bigger and feel better seeing so much growth happening all at once.

GAME-CHANGER
"Indigo-3G doesn't just level the playing field, it burns the old field down and builds a new one -- one where YOU have the advantage."

True story. Without Indigo I would never be able to eat and train like this without gaining tons of fat or burning out. Never in a million years did I think this would work as well as it did, Biotest's reputation was unknown to me at the time and clearly I was wrong on all counts.

Always hungry, never satisfied!

WHAT'S NEXT?
Boot Camp II and Autoship! and to continue doing work till the day I can't anymore. I have my goals and I'm now using exclusively Biotest products, and don't see a change coming, the quality is solid and the products are amazing. I would love to work with Thibs and Shugs, and I feel that a week at HQ could boost my game even more!

Indigo Progress from start to now

Before and Currents

Indigo Project: The Magnum Opus of Biotest

I believe i was the first person outside of Biotest to take my first dose of Indigo-3G when it arrived via overnight delivery... and ive been taking it ever since. Indigo-3G has really lead to some insight for me over the months. Its allowed me to train harder, longer, and more frequent, eat more carbs than i can really count, and leave nothing in the gym.

When i started Indigo-3G, i was at a transition point in my training. Somewhat injured from years of power-lifting, and not terribly happy physique wise... i needed SOMETHING. And that something was Indigo-3G coupled with CT's training and Biotest. I'm a strength junkie at heart, and i love barbells, but through CT's methods I've learned to be more effective with my training. I was also always taught to put performance over anything else in the gym... and things will just fall into place.

So my goals on Indigo-3G were to increase PERFORMANCE. The Physique improvements were merely a byproduct of that training. I've learned a lot about training in the last few months, and i owe it to Biotest. Indigo-3G really has allowed me to realize that genetics dont matter as much as hard work, and that i can break past imposed metaphorical brick walls!

Some of my accomplishments by the numbers:

Bench Press went from 235 to 275
Power Clean went from 168 to 189
Top End Seated Press from 250 x 3 to 320 x 3
Push Press 170 x 1 to 190 x 1
Scale body-weight only went up about 5lbs, but all my clothes fit tighter in the right places... pants are looser in the waist and shirts are tighter in shoulders and arms.
Subtraction of 1 inch off waist

To conclude: Thank You to Biotest for everything thus far...

I find myself in awe and shock that i used to look like this 3 years ago

and thanks to Biotest supplements... the rest is history!

Going to the HQ to train would be akin to pouring lighter fluid on the already blazing inferno of passion i have for all things strength and muscle!

I was lucky enough to be chosen for Team 1 of the Indigo Project. This experience has changed everything for me.

First of all I'm 35 years old, not quite geriatric, but not a spring chicken either. I have been training hard and eating well for years, but things have changed the last few years. My recovery isn't as good and staying lean has become more difficult. I have never been able to pack on muscle very quickly.

Then enter Indigo 3G. The first thing I noticed was my recovery. Not to sound corny, but I felt like I was 21 again. I have been able to do more and more work and recovery. I have even been able to do 2 a days for over 18 weeks. The recovery and increased work capacity has been amazing.

The next thing I noticed was I started getting leaner very quickly. The crazy part about this is that I was pushing my carbs up to 500 grams a day and upped my calories by around 1,000. I have never felt like this in my life.

Finally I noticed I was able to put on muscle very quickly for me. I started out at 193 lbs and now I am a leaner 202 lbs. I did that in about 18 weeks. I had to buy new suits because my coats don't fit anymore. Without Indigo that would have taken me at least a year.

Indigo 3G is the most amazing supplement I have ever used, and it's not even close!

It would be an honor and privilege to be chosen for Boot-camp 2 and I would definitely make the most of it. But if I'm not chosen it's ok because this already been the most amazing experience. Working with CT, CS, Tim, and everyone else at Biotest has far exceeded my expectations.

One last thing on my 35th birthday in July I was able to bench 325lbs, deadlift 450lbs, and dunk a basketball with 2 hands. I can say without a doubt that Indigo was responsible for that.

Thank you again and I hope to see you in Colorado!

Before starting I3G in August I had suffered a back injury that kept me from training for 7 months. During that time I had let my body go to shit I allowed the demands of business, family, life, etc. to provide a convenient excuse for not getting back on track sooner.

At the time of the initial I3G launch my college fb players started coming back and eventhough I didnt get in on the first batch I felt a sense of renewed commitment and decided it was time to earn a spot. I trained for about 10 weeks with some of my athletes before starting my I3G journey.

The first noticable difference was a huge increase in my ability to do WORK- in just the first week I started the program I saw a jump in my work capacity my squat alone went up from 325 x14 singles to 335 x25 singles. The only thing that matched my new found increase in intesity and productivity was my recovery. I was definitely sore from the amount of volume in CTs program but without a doubt I would not have been able to keep up if I wasnt on I3G as well as the other Biotest Supps.

Being completely confident with ones training and nutrition plays a huge role in their success which I found through my first 6 weeks. Without I3G I would never have dared increasing my carb intake 3-4x my normal amount because I always figured myself as a "low" carb athlete- I was wrong.

Since starting about 8 weeks ago I have increased on every lift I have become thicker and fuller without a bdy fat increase adding 14 pounds to my frame. And the absolute best part? I don't think I have even scrathed the surface! I noted often that I felt as though I was a late bloomer feeling most of the effects in the last couple weeks and since starting the 2nd phase of training I have been on an absolute tear- I have noticed better activation, pumps, recovery, focus, drive and gains. My biggest handicaps at this point seems to be can I get enough fuel throughout the day that I require and being able to keep my ego/pride in check.

Thanks to CS,CT, Biotest, and everyone else who has helped, inspired and motivated me in this short time and I cant wait to see what the future potential of this product, company and the rest of the I3G community will be able to actualize with their will and determination.
"when nothing seems to help, i go and look at a stonecutter hammering away at his rock perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. yet at the hundred and first blow it will split in two and i know it was not that blow that did it but all that had gone before"

The photo on the left was taken in January of 2011. After that vacation, tennis injuries and a horrible diet lead to the addition of 12 pounds of fat by July. I was skinny-fat and disgusted with myself.

I decided to go back to the place where I knew I could get all the information and inspiration I would need to restore my health and sanity: T-Nation. But upon returning to the community that had long ago been my rock, my family, and a place where I always belonged, I noticed that something had changed.

The site was different. It was much more alive. There was an enormous amount of energy and it all seemed to be connected to the Indigo Project. Boot Camp was just about to start, and the place was absolutely buzzing with intensity. It was bigger than Indigo-3G, though. The members and coaches were interacting...they had become a TEAM! I wanted IN. I ordered Indigo-3G immediately. I hardly researched it at all. In fact, I was quite skeptical.

I watched Boot Camp 1 while waiting for Indigo to come off backorder. By the time it arrived, my attitude had changed. It started with a decision take the chip off my shoulder and stop trying to prove or disprove the efficacy of Indigo-3G. That is where the real magic began.

My results have been so amazing that I've had to completely revise my goals. As a 37-year-old dad with a busy travel schedule and laundry list of injuries, I thought I had a pretty good idea of my limits. That concept has been completely shattered by what I've witnessed in the past two months. Here are some quotes from my log to illustrate how I've had to constantly revise my goals, almost on a weekly basis:

7/10/2010: (From a previous log during a short run at the V-Diet)
"My plan is to NEVER weigh more than 190 again. I'd like to lean down to 180. From there, I'll be happy to slowly add muscle maybe up to 190. At a lean 190, I'll look absolutely jacked. And that will be about as big as I'll ever need or want to get.

8/5/2011:
"So I think I'll switch my mindset from trying to prove/disprove the effects of Indigo and instead just try to get as jacked as I possibly can during the next six weeks."

8/6:
"I figure if I can stay about this lean but build muscle until I'm 195ish, the visual effect will make me forget all about the bullshit little concern of the wide waist."

8/22:
"I'm thinking I might hit the 200lb mark towards the end of September or early October. That will be something. The only times I've been this lean before were when I weighed closer to 180."

9/6:
"Today, I took a walk in the morning and will train in about an hour or so. Without the morning PWO bloat, I can say this is the most shredded I have ever been. And I'm GAINING WEIGHT! WTF IS GOING ON?"

9/8:
"I predict that by the end of the next 6 weeks, 200lbs will be my LOW body weight and 206 will be the high"

9/10:
"Not gonna let this derail me at all...my attitude right now is that nobody (including me) really knows exactly how I will look when I climb up towards 215-220 at about the same level of leanness. In my mind, I think I'll look like a f*&%ing superhero, so for now, these people can all suck it."

9/21:
"It's beginning to feel like I've shifted into full-on hyperthyroid mode or something. I've replaced some of the more intense, long-duration cardio stuff I used to do with WALKING, but I'm still getting leaner"

Here's the "Tale of the Tape"
Weight: From 186 to 200 (+14 pounds)
Bicep: 14.5" to 16.25" (+1.75")
Waist: 35.5" to 33" (-2.5")
Abdomen (min): 34" to 31" (-3")
Abdomen (max): 38" to 36" (-2")

In conclusion, I knew that the Indigo Project was where I needed to be. I just had NO idea how far it would take me. I've learned more from my interactions with Coach Thibaudeau, Chris Shugart, Team 1, and the rest of the team in the past two months than in all my years of learning combined. To be honest, it's been as much of an "un-learning" process as a learning process.

How would that learning process be accelerated by a trip to Colorado with Team 2? I won't even bother to set an expectation because I already know it will be exceeded. I'm learning to dream bigger. That's probably the best thing the Indigo Project has done for me.

The world breaks everyone, and afterward, some are strong at the broken places.

- Hemingway

2011 has been the worst year I can remember. Yet while all other things seem to have been destructing or dying around me, there's one realm that has been revitalized: my training. 'Under the influence' is really the only way to describe this new aspect.

Traditionally, I'm a pretty low-responder to things like training stimulants. Indigo has been so very different. The first and most significant difference was to be found in work capacity. It blew up. Those little dark capsules doubled the size of my fuel tank. And recovery...blessed recovery. I don't know if it's been a direct effect of the Indigo, or because it's allowed me to nearly triple my carb intake, but my ability to recover is vastly improved. This is coming from someone who's burned out before, many a time. If I trained too hard and too frequently, cortisol shot up, immune system plummeted, strength fell off, sleep suffered. It was a tremendously frustrating cycle that has had me spinning my wheels on many an occasion. I have never been able to balance my drive to train with my ability to recuperate from it. This has all changed. I feel like I'm in an entirely new place. I can drive fast, train hard, as often as I want, and keep progressing. No stagnation and no burning out. It's probably the most exciting thing to happen in my training life since buying a Prowler. And so, training has become more vital to me than ever before. It is changing me.

And why do I want to go to Colorado? Other than the very, very obvious awesomeness, I want to find new levels. I train on my own, but my competitiveness knows no bounds. I want to push myself and be pushed by others around me. It would be a challenge and an honor to train alongside so many of these Indigo users. There's more change to be seen, more progress to achieve, and much more work to be accomplished.

I have been a part of the Indigo-3G project from the beginning. I feel fortunate to have been selected for Team 1 and having had access to all the great things that have come along with this experience. As far as my fitness goals, this truly has been life-changing.

I have been taking Indigo-3G for 132 days now, and the reality is that it has just become the normal way of life for me. Not that it is any less amazing of a supplement now, but I guess I have just started to take it for granted a bit. I read back in my early log entries and remember what it was like to experience for the first time the huge increase in work capacity, skin-ripping pumps, greater recovery, and all the other benefits that Indigo-3G provides. All of these "game changers" that Indigo-3G delivers are still there, it's just that I have experienced these great things for so long now it has just become the norm. I have become accustomed to this and now consider Indigo-3G an integral part of my training regimen to reach my goal.
I don't plan on training without I3G, period.

When I started this journey my stated goal was, "I want to get lean." Now that I have been training with Indigo-3G for over 4 months, I have adjusted my goals to be much loftier. My new goal is to "Look F*#&ing awesome". With the help of Indigo-3G and the cutting-edge training programs provided, I know I will get there. The type of physique I didn't think was achievable, is now in my sights. How's that for a game changer?

The picture above shows my progress from the start of my Indigo-3G journey with Team 1 to now.

Stats from Pre-Indigo-3G to now:
Height: 70 in
Weight: 199 lbs (-6)
Neck: 16.25 in (+1.25)
Shoulders: 51 in (+2)
Chest Upper: 44 in (0)
Waist at Navel: 33 in (-2)
Waist at Largest: 33 in (-2)
Waist at Smallest: 32.25 in (-1.25)
Hips at Largest: 37.5 in (-3.5)
Upper Arm: 16.5 in (+0.5)
Upper Leg: 26.5 in (0)
Calf at largest: 15.25 in (-0.25)
Ankle: 9.5 in (0)
Suprailiac skinfold: 3 mm (-5)

I look further back to what I looked like about 7 months ago, before I did the V-Diet, and I barely recognize that fat guy. I can't believe that I ever looked like that. I still look at this picture quite often to remind myself where I was. The fear of regression is indeed a powerful tool. I never will look like this again:

This truly has been a life changing experience for me. Every aspect of my life has changed for the better, and Biotest has been an integral part of this journey. Indigo-3G is a game changer by itself of course, but the professional advice and guidance from Chris Shugart, Chrisian Thibaudeau, and the support of Fellow Team 1 members is what makes the "Indigo Experience". The results really do speak for themself. Look at all the logs of the people that are taking Indigo-3G and religiously following the program; resounding success across the board. I am just one of many who is getting amazing results.

I freely admit that I am not currently the most polished, photo-shoot ready, candidate that is applying. Sure I have made some strides towards reaching my goal of all-around awesomeness, but I'm not there yet. So if your intention is to choose guys that are single digit BF, heavily-muscled, and 100% magazine cover ready, then I'm probably not your guy. I still have a lot of work to do to achieve my goals, and with the help of the Indigo Project, I will absolutely get there. If however, your criteria for selection is a strong work ethic, rigid adherence to the Indigo-3G program, and you are looking for guys that will come to CO and leave it all on the gym floor, then I am your man.

I feel I have demonstrated that I am "all-in" and will continue to kick ass regardless of if I am selected for this or not. So if I'm not ready for this round, I totally understand, and good luck to all those chosen for Bootcamp II. I'll see you at Bootcamp III.

Thank you Biotest for this amazing project. It has been a pleasure to have been able to participate.

How Has I3G Impacted My Life

I have been trying for days to write up my application. I didn't want this to be as long as my 12-Week Summary; the Coaches and Tim Patterson are so busy and don't need another eight page novel to read.

Many people that I have known since moving here have watched me loose over 150lbs and sadly were watching as I put it back on after my car accident.

I have spent the last five years trying to piece my life back together. Trying many different alternative medicines to assist with my ability to loose fat. Short of extreme dieting none of them have worked. We all know the negative effects that an extreme diet can have on a person; the mood swings, hair falling out, lethargic, unable to concentrate and depression. I am not a quitter and continually am looking for that one thing that would become my miracle. Not a miracle that would cure everything while I sat around; but a miracle that would finally, with all of the hard work I am doing, start showing me the results that my soul continually cries out for.

On May 13, 2011, T-Nation published an article about a little known substance called Cyanidin 3-Glucoside which Biotest had created into Indigo-3G. When Bodz passed the article on to me, my pulse quickened and my heart begin to beat like the pounding on a drum. I have been taking Biotest products for a number of years and they have always been the best. Could this be what I have been waiting for? I know a lot of guys in the beginning were thinking "OMG the muscle I could put on while maintaining a lean physique"; however for me, could Indigo-3G be the answer to dropping all this extra body fat?

In addition to the visual changes you can see in the pictures, I3G has renewed the love and desire I have for training. It was a fluke that I got onto Team 1, but am honored to be a part of this entire project. When I tell people about I3G, I immediately say it's not a Fat Burner; however a "POSITIVE" side affect of the product has been fat loss.

T-Nation, Biotest, Tim Patterson, Chris, Dani and Christian you all have had a key role with getting my life back on track. For this, I will be eternally grateful. I wake up everyday just anticipating what new muscle will scream in pain this day.

Why do I want a chance at Boot Camp 2? There really are only two reasons: 1) the ultimate challenge mentally and physically in my training and 2)the ultimate prize to have personal guidance and coaching by Christian Thibaudeau.

Okay there is one more reason, my boot camp participants would love to see a video of me getting my ASS kicked by a coach that is more hard core than me. Pay backs they have said.

A long the way I have had a lot of negativity with what I have chosen to do in life. However, a very beautiful man once wrote, "She will someday set the fitness world on fire." Could this be my time?

Today on a friend's FaceBook Wall someone posted this to them and I thought how appropriate.

"Watch Me"!

*******************

Since posting my application for Boot Camp 2, there have been some physical changes. Area's that I had not really been measuring are now catching up in loss to the inches that have already disappeared. I never thought about measuring my wrist's, ankle's, above my navel or even the cups size of my bra's. As you can see from the newest pic...just from 10/1/2011 to 10/16/2011 there was some significant changes.

In addition to these physical changes, my strength has really started to increase. In four weeks I have made an increase in my bench of 40lbs. I have never performed a Clean High Pull and just in the four weeks I am already pulling 95lbs; as well as they have become more explosive than we I first started them. I can only imagine how my lifting would change and increase with on-hand coaching.

There have been several Indigo-3G members who have really helped with technique: Synergy, Anechoic, Michael and Mutsanah. I really appreciate all of their time and constructive feedback. Mahalo for all of your help.

I look forward to my continued progress and changes, whether I get chosen or not for Boot Camp II. Best of luck to all my teammates. Whomever the lucky 6 are, I really look forward to your time in Colorado Springs and the knowledge I will gain from your experience. :-)

Why I need to go to BootCamp 2?

I NEED to go because I want the growth in the physical aspect of my life, which in turn has a huge effect on my mental, spiritual & family life that is indescribable. It makes me such a better person that I canâ??t even begin to tell you. As Shug's says "training accelerated" is what happens when you train with Coach Thibs - that is what I want, what I need, what I have to have!

Indigo for me has totally transformed and changed everything about my training, nutrition and what I am trying to achieve. It has been responsible monumental gains in my lifting. Amazing body transformations, my waist has shrunk & quads have grown and are being sculpted every day, shoulders & arms are being stripped down to lean, 100% pure muscle.

I wrote up a small review about a month ago, I will include some of the main points from it in this application.

1. Indigo has allowed me an Unbelievable amount energy & training capacity

2. Indigo has given me the ability to recover better

3. There is no spill over into my work. What I mean by this that I could train for 2 hours in the a.m. and then able to go out and do 8-10 hours of manual work with no issues.

4. Able to make PRs without even trying. I would get into my training, without even thinking about going about a PR & bam they would just happen! Incredible is all I can say

5. Muscle pump is amazing on Indigo, I will walk around long after my workout and still feel a muscle pump

6. Some days I swear that I can feel my body transforming, now I did not get any crazy transformation but I could feel my muscles hardening and growing

7. I stayed away from the scale (totally key for me, since that little # would totally wreak havoc with my growth)

8. My changes (visible changes) really started about the 3rd week and are still happening now that I am past the initial 45days.

Made crazy progress with my deadlifts, started at 225 x 5 and at the end of the 6wk program I was pulling 255 x 5. PR?d with this lift at 275 x 3 also. I would have never dreamed that was going to happen, I have always had problems making proper progress on my deadlifts. Not so with Coach's program and Indigo.

My front squat also skyrocketed; it was weird because I never really thought about the lifts going up this much. It just happened; I would be ramping for my lifts and just keep adding the pounds to the bar without hesitation or issues. Front squat as of this week was a PR of 185 x 3 atg.

All things are possible and attainable especially so with the help of Indigo, Tim Patterson, Coach Thibs & Shugs. Thanks for all the help, kind words and assistance.

I breath, bleed, eat & live Indigo!

*Explain how Indigo 3G is a game-changer.
I think that word sums up I3G the best, it simply is a major game-changer. My I3G journey started 12 weeks ago, and never in my life has 12 weeks of anything had this kind of impact. In my life the impact of I3G really started when I began lifting about 8 years ago. I started out as a 6ft. 255 kid who had no strength, and didn¢??t know a thing about lifting.

After 6 months I was down to 185 due to horrific eating habits, or lack of eating. It was then that a family member introduced me to T-Nation, and set things on a better path. The past 8 years have been spent eating healthy and lifting hard, but due to my past I have never been able to get past myself mentally. I was stuck in the pendulum of eat and gain, or eat less and lose. I made gains in size, strength, and leanness but never anything fast or impressive.

Needless to say I felt at loss, and at times felt as if I was just spinning my wheels. I3G has completely changed that, actually I3G smashes the proverbial ¢??wheel¢??, and throws it out the window. After seeing the incredible results of I3G in team 1, I know I had to be in team 2. I decided for once in my life I would pursue size and strength with I3G, even if that meant no fat loss. In 12 weeks I have gone from eating tops 150-200g carbs a day to now 300-400g.

I went from a soft weight of 205, to 220 and leaner! My lifts are all up in weight and reps, most notably a 70lb deadlift increase, 30lbs on bench, and 40lbs on squat! I3G has given me the ability to work out harder, longer, and more frequently. As a firefighter and paramedic the low carb lifestyle left me many times low on energy. I3G has allowed me to work harder, train more, and have a level of energy on fire scenes that made my fire chief call me the ¢??energizer bunny on steroids¢??. I3G also had a unseen impact on my health. With a strong family history of diabetes I watch my blood sugar. I3G dropped my fasting blood sugar by 15pts!!

Last, I think the most important thing I3G does is the psychological relief it gives you with your eating habits. Not only can you eat more, but you can eat without guilt. It has been a blessing as a FFB to be able to eat more food, and not stress about where it is going. It has made life, and relationships easier on me and those around me.

Finally, I owe T-Nation a lot in my life not only for I3G, but for all they done. The opportunity to train with CT, and other T-Nationers would be a dream. I want to go to CO, to learn from the best, push my body to places it didn¢??t think it could go, and meet people at the top of the industry, and meet fellow T-Nationers who really make this place feel like a family. Also, I intend to compete at the 2013 Police and Fire world games in powerlifting, and training with CT(who has trained people for this event), would be a huge boast in meeting that goal.

T-Nation used to do "words of wisdom", this one stuck with me the most...

"We forfeit 3/4 of ourselves to be like other people"

*Never again will I sucumb to that

If everyone is wearing trendy new tennis shoes, I'm probably going to wear Converse. I hate regular ads and testimonials. Most are written as if the person experienced 5 seconds with God and now they save poor children and rescue cats from trees due to new-found perspective.

All around testimonials suck. You're only looking at the pictures and picking who you want to look like. If the answer to that is "no one" you flip the page and head to the next ad.

So I won't waste your time. I'm just going to say what I did, what I used and post a picture.

But yeah, my life is a little different over the last few months. I know I get laid more now but see, I said I was going to avoid stuff like that...but I do have details for anyone interested ...and pictures ...and a few videos....I don't know what this other thing is, but it has batteries and she loves it.

About 5 months ago I looked like this:

No apologies from me, I just like pizza. I got injured and tried to keep my weight the same. See how unhappy I look? Yeah, that probably won't change because I apparently just look like a pissed off mutherfucker all of the time, but I did smile twice today...I counted.

This is me first using Indigo the first day:

I managed to get a good chunk of the fat off using mostly MAG-10 while dieting with HOT-ROX.

This is me today:

See how happy I am?

End of story. I like MAG-10 and Anaconda. I used Spike, FINiBARs and GPC, HOT-ROX and Indigo-3G. Using Indigo I managed to still have some cheat days, do very minimal cardio and start to look better with my clothes off.

That's it.

Hide your wives. Hide your girlfriends. Hide your hamburgers.

Update since last post date: 27 October 2011

Well, I am trying to hold my weight constant for now. I guess the cut off of real dieting was about one week ago.

My weight has stayed about the same but this is also the most I have ever weighed with any kind of abs showing at all.

I don't know what others have done, but I have kept the same dose of Indigo throughout increasing it to six pills at a time during the time I was in CO and about a week after that.

If you were to ask me what works...all of this worked....the training twice a day, the avoidance of large amounts of carbs except around training and the supplements. It did take a lifestyle change to pull that off...but that is what life is about...adapting and growing.

Indigo Boot Camp 2

Hmmm...

So this is where I write about how happy I am with my progress, right?

Well, I'm not. I mean, don't get me wrong - thanks to Biotest I have been making progress faster than ever before. I have been soaking up knowledge like a sponge and reforging myself day by day. I truly believe that it would have been impossible for me to develop as much as I have in the last couple of months without Indigo. While I haven't weighed myself in about 2-3 weeks, the first three months gave me about 15lbs of gain with minimal added fat.

Waist stayed roughly the same (marginally smaller), arms got almost an inch bigger. My clothes fit me differently, and I have finally started outgrowing some medium sized t-shirts (might not seem like much to a lot of folks here, but I've been able to fit into any medium t-shirt easily for as long as I can remember. Until last week, that is...).

But I am not happy. I am not happy, because it is in my nature to always want more, no matter what, and feel dissatisfied when something stops me from moving forward.

With Indigo, I have been able to train more frequently and with more intensity and volume while still recovering. I can go through a training session with only as much rest as is necessary to change the weights, leave the gym soaking wet, and still be wanting to do more a couple of hours later. What's more, I have been able to put on mass without worrying about major fat gain. And as a bonus, my strength and conditioning have increased noticeably.

These last few months were not just about the physical development, but also about learning. CT has taught me so much about training, and made me start actually thinking about how to train, from performing a single rep to going through a multi-month training cycle. All that has been spilling over to other aspects of my life. I honestly think that I would not have been able to finish my PhD transfer report on time if it wasn't for how I've learnt to manage my nervous system during the Indigo Project!

I think this is getting quite long now. I am meant to convince Tim and Christian that I would be a good choice for the Boot Camp, right? I can't say that I have made the most progress out of everyone. I can't say that done anything better than anyone else. All I can say is that I've been pushing myself in the gym every time, and I will continue to do so, in England, in Poland or in Colorado. And I will keep learning as much as I can from Christian, whether it's online or in person.

B.

PS I promise to shave before coming to Colorado!
PS2 I'm not happy with the comparison pics at all. See? I told you. Give me 50lbs more with 5% BF less and you might see a smile. A small one.

[EDIT]
Here's a quick update photo from 28 October 2011:

In other news, I am now in week 1 of phase 2 of the strength program and my lifts are skyrocketing!

On May 25th 2011 I picked up a shipment from Biotest as I had done regularly for several years now - this time was a little different though. This time anticipation ran a bit higher. A few days prior I had received a call saying that I had been selected as one of a small group to be among the first to try out Indigo 3G. As a long-time customer I was already convinced of the quality of Biotest's products so I was more than intrigued when I heard about this new compound, previously unavailable at the consumer level, and of course I was elated that I had been chosen from among a massive customer base to give it try. I was optimistic that this was going to elevate my game a bit, one way or the other. A few weeks later I realized I had seriously underestimated the situation - my game wasn't just elevated, the whole game had changed completely.

At 37 years of age and having been training in one way or another for most of my adult life I was always fairly strong - I was the guy everyone called when it was time to move and I always looked 'solid' in a t-shirt - but I was never what you would call lean. I knew what I was doing in the gym, trained hard at least five times a week for many years, and had made some solid gains. Hell, when I started lifting weights I weighed 130lbs. At my heaviest I was 208lbs. I could lift some respectable weight but I wasn't in a big hurry to take my shirt off at the beach.

For the last several years I had stuck with a low-carb diet even though I knew that it was holding back my strength and lean mass gains in the gym because the effects of even a few high-carb days in a row were immediately apparent in the mirror. Despite the low carb eating I could not shake the extra weight that I carried around my abdomen and 'love-handle' areas. I went through periods of adding endless hours of traditional cardio work with little in the way of visible results - plus it was boring as hell. Even during police recruit training I spent four months running several days per week - up to 12km at a time - plus doing daily cardio-based PT classes. I came out of the academy smaller and weaker but not much leaner. Immediately I resumed heavy training and higher calorie but 'low-carb' eating and I quickly gained back much of the muscle mass that had been lost but along with it came an increase in waist size and body fat. There I stayed for the next several years - training frequently, lifting hard and heavy, eating a clean diet by anyone's standards and yet carrying extra fat around the middle - until I popped open that yellow pelican case and slammed back a handful of those purple capsules.

I had read the articles, I was aware of what Indigo was supposed to do. I'm a big fan of the Biotest products that I've tried over the years but still, marketing is marketing right? Huge claims were being made about Indigo and one can't help but be a bit skeptical. Within a few days skepticism gave way though as I could actually start to feel things changing. I was hungry for 'clean' carbs all of the time and, despite my trepidation brought on by years of being 'soft' due to even moderate carb intake, I slowly started increasing my intake. Almost immediately I noticed that I felt more alert, I had increased mental focus and, looking back on the early days of my training log, I see entries noting that I felt "less irritable" than usual and that I was sleeping better. Better still, within 16 days of beginning Indigo I was down 7 pounds and my mid-section had flattened out noticably.

But what struck me the most, and what I have commented on most frequently throughout my training log, is the effect that Indigo was having on my ability to train 'better' - with more focus and determination - and longer as well. I was now regularly performing 2 hour weight training sessions with energy to spare. I was doing two and sometimes three sessions in one day. I was walking away from each session feeling invigorated which stood in marked contrast to what I had previously come to accept as normal - grinding out a 90 minute session and leaving the gym feeling like I had been hit by a truck.

My desire to hit the gym and train was at an all time high. I had always been commited to training and was always very good about getting into the gym 5 or 6 days a week, even when work ran late or other obligations got in the way. This was different though. It was no longer a matter of thinking "okay, I really need to get a session in today so I'll go even though I don't feel like it" - now I felt that I wanted to get there, no matter what, to take advantage of and maximize the surprising rate of change that I was experiencing seemingly from one day to the next. Overtraining? What is that? It wasn't even on the radar anymore. It had bitten me many times in the past but now the concept seemed to have lost all its meaning.

So my workouts were better, longer, more productive and more frequent. This was partly due to the increased energy that came with higher carb intake and also due to having dropped a bunch of unhealthy weight but it was also partly due to the new energy and excitement that was developing on T-Nation. All of the other Indigo users were noticing the same things that I was and the place was buzzing. All of these people, scattered around the globe, reporting daily that they were losing fat, feeling better, gaining lean mass, getting stronger, hitting PR's in the gym and cheering each other on at the same time - it was impossible not to be affected by it. And then what came next was totally unexpected and took things to a whole new level. Now Christian Thibaudeau was going to be writing my programs. Are you f'ing kidding me?!? The game had changed once again.

With Thib's writing my programs, with the daily updates of the successes of all of the other members to keep up with plus the new found ability to train better, longer and more frequently with seemingly no end to my ability to recover from workout to workout, my performance accelerated at a rate that I had not experienced before. During my first six weeks of training under Thib's guidance my bench press went from a triple at 315 followed by a cluster set of 8 reps to a triple at 340 and a cluster set of 16 reps. All of my other major lifts showed similar improvement. This rate of progress is rare for a beginner let alone someone who has been training as long as I have. I was already sold on the efficacy of the product based on how I was feeling and what I was seeing in the mirror - now others were taking notice as well.

As I write this, now well over four months into my Indigo experience, I'm still making gains at a rate that I wouldn't have thought possible just a short time ago. I've dropped from a starting weight of 195 lbs down to a low of 186 lbs and in recent weeks, as a result of starting Thib's Hypertrophy programming, I have returned to 195lbs - stronger than ever and with visible abs for the first time in 20 years. My waist is down several inches and looks just as tight right now at 195 as it did at 186. My strength has increased on every lift, and my capacity to handle high volumes of work has never been higher. My entire body composition has changed to the point that, when viewed side-by-side with recent photos, photographs taken four months ago don't even look like the same person.

Last week Chris Shugart called out the Indigo Team members saying he was looking for six more candidates to come to Colorado to train with Thibs. He said he was looking for those that had followed the Indigo program to the letter, those that had put in the work from the word 'go' -those that were "all in". So I sat down and thought about it. Had I done everything possible to maximize the opportunity that I'd been given?

I thought about the last 130+ days of following the Indigo supplementation and peri-workout nutrition guidelines exactly as prescribed; I thought about the 220 + workouts that I'd done in that time; the untold sets and reps, countless miles on the Prowler, more than 300 training log entries, the total body recomposition and huge strength increases that I had achieved. I thought about how even when work ran late or I had to make court appearances on my off days or family or social obligations arose I still found a way to get to the gym and get the work done. I went short on sleep more often than not. I relied on others to help me (and I can't thank those people enough) with meal preparation and things around the house when time was tight - but I got it done. Switching between day and night shifts every few days? It didn't make it easy but it didn't stop me either. All in? You're goddamn right I am.

I've been fortunate enough to have been involved in some pretty unique and exciting stuff over my training career. I've been backstage at many pro body building shows and met many of the modern era big name competitors; I've trained with world's strongest man competitors and pro football players; I've witnessed world records being broken. I've been around this game a long time and I've been rewarded by it many times over. The opportunity that is on offer now though - the chance to visit Colorado to train with Christian Thibaudeau and other Indigo Team members at Biotest headquarters is easily the most exciting, and promises to be the most rewarding, experience that I could imagine. The opportunity to be personally coached by the man who has single-handedly changed everything that I thought I knew about training; to shake the hand of Chris, Tim, J-Rod, and the rest of the Biotest crew and say thank you for this opportunity as well as for the wealth of difference that T-Nation has made to my training over the years; to learn more in four days time than I could hope to learn in any other way over the remaining years of my training career; to come away from the experience with my training 'accelerated' - I could not ask for more than that. I currently have my sights set on the World Police and Fire Games in 2013 where I anticipate being able to take a run at the world record (for these games) in the bench press and deadlift event. I know that the knowledge gained in Colorado would go a long way in helping me to achieve that goal.

There are many worthy applicants to this opportunity - many Indigo users who have also been "all in" since day one and who have shown tremendous improvements in body composition and strength - all of whom want it just as much as I do. I do not envy the position of those who must decide upon the six most deserving. I will consider it a tremendous honor and a privilege if I am counted among them.

From one Indigo-enhanced hopeful to the rest - good luck to all.

Indigo-3G is a game changer for me because it opened up the flood gate of knowledge that is CT and his programs along with the community of T-Nation.

For me Indigo-3G has reminded me that when I put my mind to something I don't stop. Don't just look at where I'm at now, think long term. Where will I be in 10 years? With some hard work I'll be in the gym, in better shape than I was the day before killing it day in and day out, even if I'm forced to do neural workouts or even just walking. Ohh and a little luck some Indigo-3G still!

I've put on 23 pounds since being on Indigo-3G, added 22 inches of size, added loads of strength and show no signs of stopping. Indigo-3G will turn me from a FFB with a beast trapped in a cage tranquilized into a beast outside the cage in an all you can eat buffet.

I'm very happy with my progress, but I know I can do more. My initial approach to Indigo-3G was a bit different than some other guys needing to lose some weight. I felt I had absolutely no muscle to even try to show off, so I started going deep into the peri nutrition carb intake. Along with a decent carb intake outside of periworkout. I got up to 8 scoops of Surge Workout Fuel, 5 MAG-10 and 2 FINiBARs for peri workout. My first 3 months I added some good size without really feeling any fat gain. Then I decided to drop the carbs to something much more manageable. In the month since then I've dropped 10 pounds. I had gone from 160, to 195, now I'm floating around 183.

People are noticing, people are talking, even better people are asking me questions. Not just how do I lose weight, but now 'How do I build muscle?', 'hey is this exercise better than that one'. I'm not just the guy that lose a person of weight. I'm the guy that's changing. There's a running joke at work amongst the sales guys that come in every few months that I change everytime they come in. Since starting my job I've applied the velocity principles from Chris Shugart, though I wasn't lifting weights like I should. That's the past, now all I can do is make tomorrow better than today.

I've come a long way and I feel I have much further to go. I'll keep going, burying my head as needed and pushing through. With Biotest products on my side, I'll break through the clouds for sure. I'm a sponge, not just a sponge that leaks back out what it absorbed, but one that can take what's been absorbed and apply it where needed.
I take it back, Indigo-3G hasn't changed the game, I've stepped in the game and I am changing the game.

Anyone know this guy?

(Current)

(Not-so-distant past)

Prior to beginning my Indigo-3G cycle as a member of Indigo Team 1, I had undergone quite an interesting progression as far as my physique was concerned. I have been hitting the iron since freshman year of high school, though only sporadically taking my training seriously (until now). Before my junior year of college, I was a 230lb gorilla (above, left). I trained hard for strength and nailed some great PR's, but ultimately I was using my strength gains to justify overeating.

I managed to keep up with the training through the first semester of junior year, and actually managed to cut down to 220lbs (above, middle). But I was far from healthy. I had perfected the art of extreme intoxication by night and extreme productivity by day. I managed to achieve good grades and get in plenty of gym sessions- but I was jacked up on crap pre-workout stimulants and energy drinks all day. I was abusing my body about as much as a human being can... and I looked like shit with my shirt off.

Finally, I had enough of this and managed to cut 25lbs by this summer through extreme measures. During the week I would eat next to nothing each day (a few protein shakes and a bowl of soup most days) and work my ass off in the gym doing giant sets. I would stick it out until the weekend when I was so depleted that I couldn't take it anymore, then binge aggressively on food and booze. I managed to get my scale weight below 190 at one point, and tried to transition back to eating like a real person. BOOM, 10lb BW gain in one week.

I freaked out and cut down to almost 185 in the next couple weeks. I really felt like I was doomed to live this binge and purge lifestyle forever. I was shackled to the scale, and worst of all, my prized strength had gone to shit because I was so depleted. I was busting ass day in and day out and living in misery to maintain a physique that was at the high end of average (above, right). Yeah, my lifestyle had "last days of Rome" written all over it.

Enter Indigo-3G.

So the big question: has Indigo-3G been a game changer for me? No, not really. I feel like that is selling the Indigo-3G short, and cheapening the Indigo-3G experience as a whole.

Indigo-3G has been nothing short of a life-changer for me . Indigo-3G is more than just a bottle of pills- it's an experience. And what an experience it has been. I can confidently say that after months of Indigo-3G use, first on the full dose and more recently on the "maintenance" dose, I'm my leanest, strongest, and most muscular ever. But it's not just about getting to some point- some goal weight, or goal muscularity, or strength ceiling.

It's about the Indigo-3G journey... and the Indigo-3G journey is, in my opinion, without end. Above all else, Indigo-3G has allowed me to realize that the sky is the limit. The Indigo-3G Project community has shown me how much can be achieved through dedication and hard work; I genuinely believe that I can take my physique as far as I choose to. My newest goal is to take it to the next level and compete in bodybuilding.

But where am I now in my Indigo-3G journey?

-My work capacity has no practical limits. I can easily perform 100 sets of structural work in a single, continuous workout.

-Every pump is as unreal as the pump I got the first time I lifted with Indigo-3G. I frequently limp out of the gym after one of CT's workouts and think to myself "could that have been the best pump I've ever gotten?"

-I can eat and know that whatever I consume is going to my muscles. In fact, since starting on Indigo-3G I can actually feel my muscles drinking in the nutrients. It's nothing short of amazing. I can eat like a human being and work out hard without worry of getting fat... or I can eat like an animal and REALLY pack on the muscle, fast!

-I've matched and exceeded almost every PR that I hit weighing 230, even though I haven't weighed more than 205 at any point during my Indigo use. With CT's programming and Indigo-3G, I've managed to hit some fairly decent lifts:

Bench Press- 350x1
Power Clean- 260x1
Deadlift- 455x1
Trap Bar Deadlift- 495x1
Front Squat- 315x1
Power Clean to Push Press- 245x1

... and I know that none of these lifts are even bumps in the road relative to what I'll be moving after years of Indigo and CT's workouts. I know that this is just the beginning of my Indigo-3G journey- I've still got quite the ride ahead!

But it wouldn't be right if I didn't thank those responsible for making the Indigo journey so amazing. Thank you Tim P. and Biotest, for engineering the whole Indigo Project and making me both a machine in the gym and a better person as a whole. Thank you Chris Shugart and Christian Thibaudeau for your education and motivation, I know I wouldn't have achieved these results without you. And thank you to the whole Indigo Team- you guys are a fantastic support system and a great source of motivation for me day in and day out.

I hope that my Indigo-3G journey will lead me to Boot Camp II. If I'm chosen, I'll hold nothing back and strive to make the most of every second at HQ. I want to achieve the best physique that I can, and I sincerely promise to kill it both at HQ and beyond if I'm fortunate enough to make the cut. Biotest- if you're looking for someone willing to step up, sweat, bleed, leave nothing in the tank, and act as a role model for the rest of the Indigo Team- well, look no further.

Thanks and best of luck to the rest of the Indigo Team,

Bigmac73nh

It's just about the last week of the Velocity diet! I'm feeling good! But I'm stuck with the one question...do I worry about continued fat loss as my primary goal? Or do I pack on some serious muscle while following the V-life eating style and letting the fat drip off long term? Decisions, decisions....

Than Chris Shugart comes out to my rescue! "Can you get your hands on some Indigo3G?".

One phone call later (okay 7 to be exact, thanks fellow I3G users)...(53minutes on hold too) I now have 3 bottles on the way before I'm even ready to start! My problems were solved! I was now part of Team 2, better late than never!

With CT's program in hand, a strict diet in place thanks to lessons from the previous diet + Shugs amazing nutrition help / recipes and lastly, the game changing Indigo3G I present to you my progress!

Below are photos where I originally started (joining T-Nation), when I took my first I3G dose, and current photos a few weeks before I'm even done with a 12 week maintenance cycle.

Almost forgot to mention! I've practically stayed the same exact weight since starting I3G. I basically started at 200lbs and currently I am still about 200lbs! I think that says body transformation itself.

Over a 3" loss in my hips and waist each since starting Indigo!

How Indigo 3G changed my training was the most noticeable aspect. When I was training for track as a thrower and even as a strongman several years back I would hit the gym 3x a week tops. I'd walk around tired and sore and exhausted 1/2 way through my training session. Up until the first week of Indigo it was like that. Here's where the GAME CHANGER starts! First few days the muscle pump was incredible, I never had a feeling like it. Each day I was on and ramping up the carbs the pump grew greater! It doesn't stop there though. Training 3x a week was a thing of the past. Now we're training 6-7x a week! Even throwing 2 sessions in a day.

Finally starting to look good! Almost forgot a huge factor! I'll simplify my strength gains (mind you my program was fat loss, and muscle mass). Starting off before I3G 135lb bench was rather tough to rep 10-12 times. Now? My HFSW I was putting up 165lbs just yesterday! That's explosive, lower weight! Deadlifts? I've done 225lbs for 25 reps without grip failure. I've ramped up to 450lbs where my max was only 415lbs prior!

Now the nutrition aspect of it all! Before I3G I was ready to cut out carbs, follow the 100g rule. Now? Starting I decided to go for 300g a day, I've passed that even; and I'm still seeing great results. I'm eating more food than I ever have in my life and my body still seems to keep demanding!

For once it's nice to be that guy in the gym people start asking questions, watching me work out, wondering how they I'm making progress so quickly.

It's kind of hard to stop ranting so I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking! Thanks again Biotest and everyone who has helped me out! You guys are helping me become a new man every day!

Trained for 6 years (not attempting to really progress).
Trained for 8 months seriously and went from 155 lb to 175 lb (6 months before Indigo 3G) On Indigo 3G:
Went from 175 lb to 190 lb in 13 weeks.

Indigo 3G Experience

During the past 8 months, the only "off" time that i have had was the recent 4 day vacation that i took. Prior
to Indigo 3G i trained everyday and gained 20 lb. in the process but with some fat. I must say i have kept
my diet in check at all times, though i can out eat a horse, probably eat it as well.
Even being at a level where i can eat almost more than a general person, with Indigo 3G in my hands, that
level had a whole new meaning. As soon as Indigo 3G came out, i started saving towards it, and with the
roller coaster ride of Bootcamp 1, my excitement became tenfold and i could not wait to test it my self.
When Batch 2 was open, i got in, and the effect was to be seen immediately from the first meal, the same
meal which gave me bloat and the feeling of not eating again for a long time. That meal became "easy". It
was an amazing feeling.

Indigo 3G has allowed me to take my training from once a day to twice in segments or even more and still
recover, gain strength and mass. I have gone from gaining a pound to more every week while eating
3200-3500 calories with 500+ g of carbs and even raising it to 4000+ calories and still gaining a lb or so
whilst staying lean, if not getting leaner. The work capacity reached an amazing level, there were times
when I had to tell myself to not add more sets and more exercises because I know my body might not
recover from it. I pushed it to my limits this last program (training in segments with total of 4hrs daily,
intensely with weights every day for 30days (6week 5day program). I am now going to be a bit smarter
about training even though my love and drive for training makes me want to do at least that much.

Statistics

Waist: 0
Shoulders: +2inch
Chest: +3inch
Arms: + 1inch
Legs: +1 inch

Final Thoughts

To say that I am happy with what Indigo 3G has allowed me to do with my training and my overall physique
will be an understatement. It has allowed me to do the high volume training which i love to do whilst
recovering and gaining constantly. To recap from my statement above, Doctors said I couldn?t gain muscle.
Well I showed them when I got Indigo 3G. I had a good friend who hasn?t seen me since the start of
summer and asked if I was on steroids. To me that is the highest compliment I can get.

"Success rests not only on ability, but upon commitment, loyalty, and pride."
- Vince Lombardi

Considering every single word in the quote above, i can personally state that Biotest has been phenomenal
and prove to be outdoing everyone out there as time passes and I thank them for all the opportunity,
commitment, loyalty and pride they have provided all of us with. My utmost respect and many thanks to
Christian Thibaudeau & Chris Shugart as well for always being there, even with there busy schedules.

Hi,

I want to go to the Boot Camp 2 because I know this experience will be a life changing experience for me.

For the last few years, I worked very hard on myself, both on psychological side and the physical side. It was a total revamp of me, chasing down my old demons, proving to myself that I am not the fat boy I was. Of course, I am still fat, but I stay motivated and I am happy to see that I started this journey, my journey at 350lbs. Now at 300lbs, I know that I am on the right way.

The last year has been a terrific year for me, donâ??t get me wrong, it was a good year not because I lost a lot of weightâ?¦ it was an amazing year because I met with Christian Thibaudeau. As personal trainer, Christian has been there to help me and support me. He helped me to change my body, I know under this fat that my muscle masse has improved, I am also mentally stronger. Then Indigo 3G became available for me, I jumped on it and so far, it is one of the good things that happened to me. Right at the moment I needed it.

So yes I want to be part of this Boot Camp ! Am I scary to be there ? Of course ! However, I do not fear challenge, I can be hard with my body and I am not a loserâ?¦ and at the same time I know that behind all that disgusting fat there is a man, a strong man that has achieved a lot in the gym, that has achieved even more with the support of I3G and the team and that he is ready, I AM READY for this challenge knowing that it will bring me to another level. I am that curious guy, eager to learn and try something new. I wish to share this experience with any other fat boy or girl, to show that there is always hope. If I can inspire only one I would be proud of me and say MISSION ACCOMPLIE !!! I just cannot imagine the story I can build and share around this experience.

You do not know a person by what he says, but by what he does !

My stats after 12 weeks

Neck : 17 (-1)
Shoulders: 59 (+2)
Chest: 54 (0)
Arms: 17 (0)
Waist: 54,5 (-2)
Hips: 46 (-1.5)
thighs: 23 (-1)
Calves: 17.5 (0)
Weight 300 (+10)

My Indigo experience has truly been extraordinary. I've been weight training since I was 10 years old, and have been with Testosterone since it started. I used to go see Dr. Leahy (world famous Chiropractor) when Tim Patterson worked in the center under his office, and I remember hearing about the launch of testosterone.net. I started reading the site the first week it was out, and have never stopped.

I like to experiment with various workouts, supplementation, and diet programs. I've been willing to try some pretty extreme diets over the years, and I think I've taken every supplement Biotest has ever made. I know how my body has responded to many different things, and I think I am qualified to claim Indigo as really being remarkable. I can sum up my feelings in one sentence.

Indigo has allowed me to change my expectations.

I knew I was always going to be in "decent" condition. Working out is, and will always be, a big part of my life. But I think I accepted the fact that my best days were behind me and going forward I would mostly be "managing" my physique rather than improving it much. After the last 10 weeks or so of Indigo, I no longer believe this to be true.

I have never been this excited about a training program before. I usually work out in the morning, and more than once I've woken up in the middle of the night and looked at the clock hoping it was time to wake up so I could get to the gym. I'm training with a higher volume than I ever have, yet I have no feelings of overtraining. Christian has said many things that have made quite an impression on me, but one in particular hit home.

He said, "Most people do not train hard enough to make good gains." A simple observation, but exactly where I was before Indigo. I was working out regularly, but not nearly as intense as I have the last ten weeks. I can't imagine I would be able to train the way I do now without Indigo. In fact, I would have sworn someone could not train that hard and that long without quickly burning out. I feel like I have hit a "sweet spot" with all three pillars, my diet, supplementation, and training.

The proof is in my results. My weight has increased 14 lbs. to 234, my strength is up, and I think I'm noticeably leaner. I have never put on weight like this without adding a good bit of fat as well. I always accepted some fat gain as the norm when trying to add size, but not now with Indigo.

I've stuck to the program as prescribed. I'm good at following a plan, and the way the Indigo Project was laid out made it simple to follow, but not always easy. From someone who used to enjoy a beer or two almost every night with dinner, my biggest evidence for showing I'm "all-in" is zero beers at dinner since starting Indigo.

My wife has a bit of a hard time understanding my motivation for all this. She recently asked me, "How big do you want to get?" It took me a minute, because I hadn't really thought about it in those terms before. I told her I didn't know, it really wasn't about achieving a certain size, then stopping. For me, it's about the journey, not a destination. I'm very happy with the gains I've made since I've been on Indigo. I love the training and the way I'm eating. I'm not going to change something that's working so well anytime soon. I plan on continued progress for quite some time.

Coming to Colorado would be an incredible experience. But regardless, I feel Biotest has already given me and everyone else a great opportunity by making Indigo 3G and the unprecedented support of CS and CT available to us.

EDIT: Added 27 Oct

It's been a couple weeks since I submitted my application. I took a current picture and HawaiiTunya was nice enough to put it side-by-side with my pre-Indigo one. I wanted to include this picture in my application and also note that I have made progress in every two week period since I started the project. I'm roughly 20 lbs. heavier now than when I started. I also think it's important to note that I haven't done anything except follow the program as best I could. My progress is a testament to the efficacy of Indigo and the program as it is laid out. Thanks again for all the great work put into this.

1/17/11 vs. 5/22/11

There comes a time in a man's life when he must accept his fate and play the cards dealt him. Sometimes, no matter how hard we work, we cannot change certain things. From the moment I first saw Arnold Schwarzenegger carrying that log in the opening scene of Commando, I wanted to be big and strong. Years of weight training and martial arts brought me strength and definition, but impressive size was always out of reach.

Despite using programs designed by greats like Christian Thibaudeau, Eric Cressey, Chad Waterbury, and Jim Wendler, my gains came slowly. Sixteen years of hard work, training almost entirely alone, trying every supplement I could, helped me go from 135lbs to 175lbs; the most significant of these gains being my "Freshman 15" in college.

However, I slowly came to the realization that my cards did not include anything about being big or strong. Add in a diagnosed degenerative disk and my back and a doctor's recommendation to stop squats, deadlifts, and power cleans. Never one to give up or listen to doctors, I continued my quest to at least get stronger, if I could not get bigger too. Then a little supplement called Anaconda was released along with the I-Bodybuilder program. This was a turning point in my training as I started to see gains again. Slowly as they came, I saw gains...until I injured my shoulder.

After months of research into everything written about the shoulder, I was able to rehabilitate it on my own. Excited to get back on the mass building wagon, I heard rumblings of a new product from Biotest that would only be offered to a select few customers. I remember my heart pounding when a call came from Jared at Biotest asking if I wanted to try this new product, aptly named Indigo-3G. Despite supporting my wife in college and paying a mortgage, I decided the cost was worth it to me. I was right.

My eventual selection to work online with Christian Thibaudeau left me ecstatic. Immediately, I lost weight - fat weight - and then weight returned....as muscle! My wife, my friends, even people I hardly know at the gym started making comments about how much bigger and more solid I looked.

On the cusp of 34 years old, this hard-gainer went from a lean 172lbs to a lean 182lbs in a couple of months. My shirts got tighter, my weights increased on my lifts, and my conditioning vastly improved. Everything was going amazingly, until life started hurling the curveballs.

On top of an already stressful career and financial situation, my 92 year old grandfather wound up in the hospital requiring a halfway cross-country drive to care for him. Then a bomb was dropped on me at home that, to this day, adds to my stress levels. Adding insult to injury, I then received notice that my job as a detective, which I worked towards my whole career, had been eliminated. This created a cocktail of cortisol which, in no uncertain terms, took its toll.

Despite all this, my training has been my constant and my release. And despite all this, I am still being told by people that I look bigger. I can only attribute this to Indigo-3G and Christian Thibaudeau's programs.

Now I have a new position at work, in the training division nonetheless, with much more responsibility and therefore, more stress. I took an extra shift at my existing extra job, so I am now working 6 days a week, in order to continue using the Biotest supplements I like so much.

Five days a week I wake up at 5 am so that I can have time after work to train. The stress at home is still there, but I am managing it. But I eat, sleep, and breathe training. And although I train alone, I thrive on positive energy of those around me.
I always wanted to be big and strong, and before Indigo-3G, I accepted that this may not happen. The Russians have a saying, "Hope dies last."

Indigo-3G has given me hope. I hope you will choose me for Boot Camp II.
