What can I say Mr. Walkway... You are a unique character!

And on a semi-related note, for some reason it bothers me massively that EVERYONE who addresses you calls you Mr. WalkAway

meh im used to it lol..

on a semi-related note I had a very mild case of... well I don't want to say it.. but I guess you could refer to it as.. "loose stool".. erm.. that's not much better. Anyways it was just one occurrence and I don't attribute it to eating half-cooked meat, but it made me decide to start cooking my meat more fully to avoid any potential difficulties that could arise

I think it's best that people don't bash each other in the JM forum. It's an absolutely fabulous oppurtunity to ask him questions and to get his FREE advice. The tone of this thread is not very pleasant.

The OP simply asked John a question and look what it has turned into. Definitely not the point of this specific forum.

Let John answer the questions that have been asked to him specifically if he wants to answer them, not have 3 pages full of other people talking when he hasn't even responed yet.... And probably wont because there is 3 pages of other people talking shit.

Absolutely!

Not only is it VERY disrespectful to John, all Walkway did was ask a question, and he got jumped on. He didn't give anyone any shit but yet he got plenty. If you think it's a stupid question then ignore the thread.

A lot of posters in this thread should be ashamed of how they've conducted themselves, and no, Walkway is not one of them.

I mean seriously, grown men challenging people to fist fights over the internet. Jesus christ. Playground behaviour.

I would suppose the value in eating raw meat has alot to do with what you may be damaging by the heat, who knows what goodies might be better left untouched.

Changing molecular structures might render something bio-UNavailable, or at least harder to get at, besides you get to keep more of the animals fat when it is uncooked, and maybe some useful hormones sequestered in it.

Might I suggest raw bull testicles with a pinch of rosemary.

Is this thread serious?? Lol raw red meat? Maybe. Raw chicken? Well lets put it this way, I'll chop my Fucking kitchen table in half if I bite down on cartilage, let alone gnaw on raw chicken.

False!

Just cook the goddamn chicken before you get salmonella. I have had it before and it was absolutely miserable for days.

Pretty normal in other countries to have chicken a little raw. It's that, here in the U.S. our meats are kinda, well inferior and not very sanitary.

Plenty of mom and pop places in Japan for example that like to eat their Chicken a little on the pink side, I've had it, it's delicious. But I'd never eat raw chicken here in the states unless I know the sucker just got slaughtered and it was a healthy animal.

it was a serious question yes, though it's turned into somewhat of a novelty thread at this point.

Lol, so if you're at a business lunch, do you insist upon going somewhere with sashimi?

Initial reaction: this can't be real life. No way you eat raw chicken breasts....but then, with all the whacky things that some people try, I guess I can't put it totally beyond the pale.

This thread raises an interesting collateral question: what could someone say that they do for fitness on this site that I would just not believe? Not sure--would have to give it some thought.
