Got my measurements done along with my first crack at photos. I really need to work on the lighting/location of the photos because they are just not what I wanted.
Anyway...got my PLAZMA today - thanks to Biotest...had some nice goodies in the box. ;)
As for me, if you want to know more about me and my background, just ask! Let's just say FFB sums it up pretty good (as you can tell by the pictures). I have always had a love/hate relationship with food and struggled with my weight throughout my childhood and adolescence. I made the decision to lose weight in high school, dropped 75 pounds and have never looked back! I still have had some bumps in the road, but have also come a long, long way. I'm just now getting to the point where I don't feel controlled by food or other habits and John really helped me with that over the course of 2012 via Mountain Dog diet consult.
The one thing I've never not enjoyed is training. I want to push the envelope and see what can really be accomplished because I know my current physique is still only a scrape on the surface of what I am capable of. Yeah, I might not step on a stage (extra skin, etc.), but I can look awesome despite that because my past is no indication of my future. So, that said...I'm looking forward to seeing what I can accomplish...will keep you all updated as time progresses!
