You look fantastic. By far the most "powerful looking" one in the group. You just look to thick and muscular to be hanging with those pretty boys...... Bodybuilding would be better, but you'll probably need to get down closer to 190. Really nice job.....Thanks for sharing....

Congrats for getting on stage. Just some critiques. You don't really have the physique look. Traps are too big and waist/hips are a bit big. Your overall frame is a bit too big IMO for physique. I also think you could of come in leaner and that would of helped....maybe 10lbs less or so. Work on lats and lateral delts to off set waist. I think you will have a good shot at bbing.
Overall great first showing and way to commit and do it.

Thanks for all the kind words fellas! I was actually leaner the week before. I went on vacation, big mistake by the way before a comp., and I fell off the diet a few times and didn't workout once. Stupid I know! But everyone at my gym that competes told me that I wasn't gonna win I'm phys. Because u was too muscular so I sort of lost interest and did it for fun. I did place 4th. But the kids who beat me were 30 Pds less! One if the judges said they want surfer/Abercrombie model look not guys who can do BB shows.

Me he didn't diet hard enough. I give him props for getting out there.
I still did the react program up until the week before. I really only actually dieted for about 3 weeks. I follow the inter fasting way of eating so I walk around decent lean all year. 4 weeks out I cut my carbs way down. At night after the workout I still had plazma during nag-10s all day but I switched my dinner meal to veggies. I was eating a huge portion of broc or cauliflower. Sometimes a salad. Always chicken or tuna. I snacked on almonds at night and that's about it.
The week of I went really low carbs. Prob under 50 grs. I had to skip the plazma all week and I felt like shit!!
Anyway, I'm glad I did it but I won't do phys again.
I may just hit this show in oct. I fig I can train and eat more for about 4 weeks then really diet hard to get leaner for the bodybuilding division instead.
I think I may have some other pics of the week before when I looked better too. I also got some bad advice. A buddy who competes told me not to flex or expand my lats at all because it just makes me look bigger. So he thought if I can look smaller I'd have a better chance to fit in. So all the pics I'm actually almost 100% relaxed no lat flex arms etc. just chillin pose.
If anyone has any quest. Feel free to shot em to me. I'm no expert but I did learn.
Oh, I was able to keep the strength the entire time too. Pretty awesome. I think that's from the plazma. I didn't take any fat burners or anything actually.
