Packing on some muscle, especially in the upper chest and traps. Looking meaty! #powerlook

New Shots. 3 weeks into leaning out. Taking it nice and slow to try not to lose muscle.

Currently at a 40/30/10 (P/C/F) split over 5 meals plus plenty of peri workout (Plazma, MAG-10)

Weight is 182.2 in pics.

Currently training 5-6 times a week.

Very busy at Raven, so forgive the lack of updates... im still hitting the gym really hard.

Thanks for posting an update.

How many calories are you currently eating?

Are you using 2 or 3 scoops Plazma for the workouts?

At what weight did you start your leaning out phase? Was it 183.6 from 03/17?

Am I correct in assuming the Fat in the P/C/F split is 30%?

Missed that update, looking great. Seems like you leaned out a lot since that "meaty" pic but lost none of the muscle. Inspiring!

Rhod indeed. Cycling carbs down is proving to be great... still getting plenty of periworkout carbs though. So its definitely not low carb, but its reduced. Im at 150g a day on training days. a little less on rest days (which is only like 1 day a week at this point)

Slow and steady wins the race.
