i've regressed a bit since finishing up the last protocol in October.Without getting into it, i had a bunch of stress in the last few months of the year. i spent the last 2 months playing with some of CTs HDL.

I think my body responds well to a lot of volume and a lot of food. I have a really hard time putting on weight. its been an uphill battle since i started lifting about 4 years ago.

I don't think I've regressed too much, but I'm ready to attack Mt Dog again!

Did all the workouts last week and i was pretty dang sore. Upped Plazma to 3x scoops.

Another solid week of training ahead.

Chest And Shoulders Pump this evening. Got a good pump going.

last night i hit a decent Dead-Squat PR... 390lbs x 3. I had some more in me. Perhaps go up to 405 x 3 next week.

Leg Day was pretty brutal yesterday, and i hit chest and shoulders today.

Justin, do you know how long do we do each workout before we move on to the next one? I have the first workout since I signed up for the program 2 weeks ago, but since I won't start until tomorrow I'll be "behind" when we get our next set of training routines.

Are you getting your hunger back? How's the weight coming along?

Hey Justin,

Are you still tracking HRV?

How did that work out for you, is it something you'd recommend?

I love to track stuff, but only if the data is meaningful and can help improve my training.

For a while, I was wearing a fit bit pedometer. Waste of time. Must have tracked hundreds of thousands of steps and stairs, but the data didn't seem to correlate with anything.

Serge, i was using the Reactive Training TRAC computer. it only really worked with the reactive training program though.

Ive also added 30 minutes of cardio, post lifting, 3x a week. Gonna keep that consistent as long as im getting stronger and bigger.
