Does the above meal plan / macros include intra/periWO? I don't like to get too caught up in overall calories but that's crazy that you're gaining on only 2,420 calories!

I only count the primary macros of my food choices. So there's incidental carbs and fat in my protein sources, protein and fat in my carb sources.

I replace the last meal of the week with a cheat meal. Which usually doubles or triples my daily intake on Saturdays.
