Pretty damn thin... your bones are showing, not usually a good sign. I can only imagine your legs are even less impressive. eat more. train smart. This is a bodybuilding forum, not a children's swimsuit catalog.
However, both of you have a decent foundation, T more so than M.

No 'no homo'...that was gay as hell.
As far as actual physiques go, you guys look underdeveloped--but quite lean--so overall the effect is more impressive. Problem is, people can't tell you lift in clothes, right? So you need to put some muscle on all over, which is going to take some a couple of years of consistent lifting and eating.
All in all good start though

Well I don't think that laughing while having our shirts of is homosexual. Thanks for the advice though and also for one year (and less) of training I think that we ain't underdeveloped but we must try hard to put on some mass as we are ecto's. Especially tasos.

Probably a generation gap right here, or because of smoking pot as we Dutch do all day long.
But for some good old citisism:
* Up the calories.
* Do what you keep doing training wise (upper body)
* Do you both train legs?
