Hi,
I've been wavering for quite some time about whether to compete in bikini or not. I really don't think I have a good subjective eye looking in the mirror, so I'm hoping people here can give me some honest and no holds barred input.
The show is just a small show here but I'm 36 and don't want to go out there and look like I really don't fit in with the other competitors. The show is at the end of April, so I think I have the time to prepare but I really need to know if I'm even in the ballpark in competing in such a competition.
Any feedback, general or specific, would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

MILF.
Could perhaps do with a little more leg tone though.
Other than that, A1+

It's difficult to provide useful feedback (other than saying you look great) without knowing what the judging criteria are. Try sending AllieD a PM, I believe she does fitness/bikini/figure (can't recall which) competitions.

you look good no doubt about that. but as far as competing even in bikini you will need to bring some detail into the legs. More visible transition (or seperations) from glutes to hamstrings. back looks decent could use slightly more fullness there and especially shoulders/arm transitions (simlilar to lower body needs)

seperation in terms of more clear transitions from glutes to thighs...shoulders to arms etc not so much seperation in terms of cuts or striations in the muscle bellys themselves....good point though i may not have clarified myself on that

the npc seems like they change shit up yr after yr and it seems completely diff from the east coast to the west coast on the way they judge..... needless to say if your a chik and you turn around and when you stop your ass is still moving you might wanna not hit the stage... focus on calves hams and ass cause thats the main thing everyone forgets cause you cant walk up to a mirror and see it everyday!!!!!

@sundaybazar, why is that? Do you have some specific critique or are you just trying to swing your dick around?
As for competing in a bikini class, my advice would be to visit a coach who has experience with athletes competing in the bikini class. That should give you some more specific advice.

Some more quad training would bring out your physique nicely IMO.

the only way to find out how you would do is to go out and compete! It seems pretty clear you are not anywhere near being in bad enough shape to get laughed at. It would be a learning experience, and then you could work to improve for your next comp. Competing is always an ongoing attempt to improve.
