Hi Im jeff, I'm 18 years old, been training about 5 years, 5 foot 11, and about 180 lbs. I will upload more photos in the future but this 1 is the most recent one I have. I've always thought my arms were my weakest point and have always been very self-conscious about them, I have great chest, back, shoulders and traps but I think they just leave my arms in the dust. What do u guys think?

Provide the pictures as regulated. If you want to show your arms.. provide the pictures with poses where you actually show your arms and not this only one.

White on white is kinda hard to tell, bud.

Either way, it's obvious that you're not happy with your arms, so what are you looking for here? If you want us to say they are huge, don't hold your breath. If you want us to say they are balanced with the rest of your physique, we need a pic/pics that shows the rest of your physique, preferably all the required pics laid out in the sticky. If you're looking for us to say they've come a long way, then we need a before shot and measurements. Savvy?

So at 5'11 180, with your upper body looking like that, I would have to imagine that you don't work legs very hard....?

My thoughts exactly. I look sort of like that up top but I've got almost 30 lbs on you. Give us the required pictures (see sticky in forum) and you'll get feedback.

Your arms seem to look better than your rear and side delt...


Also, for your arms, your bicep look ok but your tricep doesnt look thick


A double back bicep and a front double bicep would help...
