try doing a curcuit, 10 pull ups, 10 pushups, 20 single legcrossovers in pushup position, 10 jump squats, Do the circuit ten time in a row, the lowest time ive got was 9 min 14 seconds. i started out about 13 min. This is what you do when youve hit a plateau.
