Copenhagen23: You dont need to get fat, to get big. Just eat a little over maintenance, then you will gain in a nice and steady pace.

MuvnW8: My motivation is shy-high! I just want to add lots of muscle, until my first show in one year.

New pictures from the latest two weeks. I have dropped a little weight, and is around 177 lbs. now, but more lean.

Good conditioning and solid development, especially in your back.

If you're looking to add on more size, you definitely have room to grow.

Obisidian: My back has improved much, but is still a weakpoint. My main focus is upper- and lower-back and quads rigth now. My plan is to stand on the scene in about 13 months, so until then, i will continue to improve.

My goal before diet is 200+ lbs. Right now i am sitting at around 186 lbs., with 5-6 months of offseason remaining. I am 179 cm (5,87)
