I just want to add, I am jealous! I wish I had been doing what you are doing when I was 20. Also, I think you might carry more muscle at a lower scale weight than a lot of women, because you seem to have small bones. For example, I admire Jaquelyn Kay's physique and she's my height and weight, but she looks quite a lot more muscular and can DL 250!

I'd imagine I have a larger bone structure. I might have to weigh more, to have a similar amount of muscle. Does that make sense? It's very individual. I think you're on the right track. And if I were 20 and intended to stay natural, I'd look at bikini rather than figure as well. :) I'm very interested to see where you are a year from now if you really decide to BULK!

I'm actually gonna be doing my first "bulking phase" some time in August. Should be interesting, we're thinking I'm gonna gain 6-10 lbs over the 4 month phase (if I'm lucky). I'm really looking forward to it. Over the past year of hard training, I've added .5 inches to my arms (quite impressive for a woman and not an easy task) and I'm still beating my personal best in the gym (weigh wise).

On an early note, I wish I was an endurance athlete. I just don't have the mind set for it and honestly, have no desire to do so lol I hate running, biking is ok depending on where you are and how far, roller bladeing is great if your not constantly dodging traffic, tennis.... (no comment), and swimming... I don't do very well... Half of me floats (upper half) and the rest sinks hahahahaha I just enjoy being in the gym, lifting weights and pushing my body as far as it can take :)

Your right, you've been to my gym and seen me lift weights. You've seen my actual size in person and know the kind of person I am. FUCK YOU! I wouldn't post fake ORM on here just to fit in or anything. I know the amount of weight I can use and consistantly you. I have a great trainer (who is again, smaller in size but can lift more weight with PROPER FORM than a man almost twice his size) but yet again, cause I'm small in statue, your right.

But any ways, some more pictures I said I would post.

Sure :)

Anyway, my point was simply that if a guy brought in the male version of your physique progress to this forum, he'd get flamed for many pages on end. Most women who're lifting your numbers within even the first six months show a drastic change in their leg muscles. People are being nice to you because you're hot and you don't have a penis. Go check out all of the guys one here with. 5-6 rating and tell me if I'm not right in saying that you aren't there yet. To get anything above a 7 on this forum is very impressive.

Also, if you posted your lifts for a rating instead of your physique, my response would have been much different. But those are two seperate ball games. Your lifts are impressive, but you asked us to rate your physique.

Also, checkout "5'6 and 140lbs" s rating thread for the perfect example of what I mean.

DND, why are you swearing and carrying on over a critique? You write long insults in SAMA and I can understand that since it's not a place meant for critiques. But you posted a thread in Rate My Physique. You mad because people are telling you the truth? That if you presented a similar package as a male, that you will get flamed for pages on end.

Hell, you have it easy for no one saying anything about your lifts either. Because a man will surely not hear the end of it about no vids. Heck, I post vids and people still call me a liar.

I think SAMA gave you a big head. I post in SAMA and also created a thread on RMP way back when and I was able to take the criticism without using profanity. Actually, I appreciated it. And I used the doubts and critiques in the gym to bring up the lagging parts. Now what used to be my worst parts are actually getting complimented.
Something else I used to help me get serious about my physique was seeing how biased the rates were between your and my thread. I'm 5 feet and have muscle mass and had a very low rating (less than 3 if I remember correctly, I didn't much care). You're tall and skinny and post pics in knee high stilettos and have almost a 6 rating.
Surely you can see why the women gave you the advice that they did. Because they're thinking with the head with the brain in it, not like the men who are thinking with the head resting in the palm of their hand in your thread.

I'm just saying that you have it easy. Some women could have came down harder on you. I think alex, iron and I gave you some of the better constructive criticism that has been floating around some women of TN. The kind of criticism that doesn't include sarcasm and just talking behind your back. So rather than cursing, use whatever anger (again, why be angry when you ask for a critique) in the gym to get better.
RMP was just what I needed to get serious about bringing up my back, hamstrings and tris. Use the advice given to you the same way.
You're posting up progress pics and saying that your arms are getting bigger. Awesome! Now just leave out the profanity and you'll be golden.

I was just referring to the recent posts because they evoked a different response than in the beginning of the thread. Different read: civil.

I don't know anything about bikini, but if you plan to do figure or BB, you need a lot more muscle mass.

How are you training and what are you eating?

I agree that you need both size and development.
You have a nice figure but I don't think it fits for figure or bodybuilding.
Keep hitting it hard.

You've spent your first year lifting on a deficit/cut.

Give yourself more than 4 months to bulk. You are younger, so you likely have more natural GH, but I'd love to see you bulk for a year, then cut for a couple of months. Otherwise, I think you are going to look a lot like you do now after only a 4 month bulk.

you look great, toned and muscular and not to muscular that you look like a man. You should become a bikini model with that body.

Dn, keep doing what your doing. Your making great progress. I have seen people like yourself, (males), who didn't look like they step foot in the gym but are there everyday of the week, four hours a day, ie a 13 year old who spots me in the gym. Yes, a 13 year old, who can bench 275 and balance himself on four weighted balls and do pushups. He constantly gets bashed by his friends in school because they think he is on steroids. Yet, he drinks protein shakes following his workouts (at the gym), while he waits for his mom or brother to pick him up.

Anyways, your progress is awesome, save the early pics for your log and do work. You know what you do in the gym, no need to argue it, take criticism lightly. Keep what you feel is necessary and throw away the rest. If you look on you tube the Bartendaz, Highlandaz, Harlem sealz or calistheics Kingz, these guys workout in the park. They don't step foot in the gym. Their physiques show quit different. They only utilize bodyweight training. Most people here can outlift them in a gym setting but can't touch them on the bar.

Rant over....Good luck.

Haha! Make sure not to hit on the girl who posts pictures that AREN'T the clearly stated required photos, and instead opts to post pics of herself in knee high stiletto heels. I'm sure you get mad when people stare at your butt, when really, they're just reading the word "juicy" off of some yoga pants.
