Hi I posted in rmp couple months ago. I'm back with some more upper body mass and better posing. So I'm wondering how would you rate me now. I weigh around 90kgs (198 pounds) at 6'2" - 6'3". Been training since January 2011.

Well you're young so you have insane amounts of time. Keep lifting hard and eating right and just concentrate on putting as much mass on as possible. No need to concentrate on muscle groups now.

You have very good shape! You need to get thicker, by getting stronger. I highly recommend you start doing some rack deadlifts above the knee . This will thicken your mid back and trap area, one of your weak points. Get Strong!! And you definitely can start eating more.....this will give u the size u want.

For 16, you look great! Awesome natural proportions..

I agree with the last post - rack pulls, or heavier dead-lifts will serve you well

A little update, I'm still 16 and have about half a year to my 17 birthday :)
I weigh from 200-202 in morning. My strength is pretty low. I recently (like 3 months ago) realized how strength progression is important. I row 100kg for 6 reps, bench 80kg for 4, db press 30kgs for 5 on my top sets. Hate me but to be honest I didn't touch legs since january. I recently did one set of squats and did 12 reps with 40kg (I could do maybe 20 reps if I were going to failure) yep that's pathethic. An 11 y/o girl that weight less than my legs alone can squat 90kg :) And no I didn't photoshoped "most muscular" pic. I got a little screwed up structure. In pics below I look less proportionate, I somehow hide my structure in pics above. It's all about illusion as people say.
For a reminder that's my thread from january this year:
http://tnation.T-Nation.com/...ear_working_out

The critique really made me realize how fu***ed up I looked.

Any feedback about physique and progress appreciated. I know I need to grow some more 20-30kg of muscle. I'm prioritizing my traps. They were no existing, because I didn't really train them since I began working out till march this year (I was afraid I'm gonna look like a pencil hahaha). My left delt always looked kinda different, worse than my right. Maybe that's because I've broken my clavicle when I was 11 and didn't realized I broken it.

My goal in a year would be to look like you. I am 16, almost 17, and have been a fatty my whole life. This summer I changed that and now I am just trying to bulk up. I hope to have more overall mass than you though, sorry, but that waist line is tiny. However, if your waist line is your only problem at 16 then you got a great life, that has been a saying of mine since I started working out.
