A quick snapshot of my squat and straight leg deadlift. I apologize if your not into heavy beats and all that. Just turn the volume down/off.
As far as I can see, the right knee dives pretty hard on the up, along with the right ankle wanting to roll inward. The left ankle wants to roll as well. At the bottom, the left side of my pelvis is dipping lower than the right side. An imbalance that I have suspected for a long time. And probably the source of several other injuries I am sorting through right now in race training.
