A quick snapshot of my squat and straight leg deadlift. I apologize if your not into heavy beats and all that. Just turn the volume down/off.
As far as I can see, the right knee dives pretty hard on the up, along with the right ankle wanting to roll inward. The left ankle wants to roll as well. At the bottom, the left side of my pelvis is dipping lower than the right side. An imbalance that I have suspected for a long time. And probably the source of several other injuries I am sorting through right now in race training.

hard to find flaws in form until you strain a bit...

those pants are terrible...

I did not need to see that much of a guy's ass.

Form looks fine. Need to go heavier to see what you fuck up first though. Then from there, decide what you need to work on.
