Just something I'm proud of. This is the lightest bodyweight I've ever had 400lbs on my back, let alone with an SSB. The weight also felt incredibly light this time, whereas in the past, hitting 400x5 in my training usually meant the end of a cycle.

I miss being over 200lbs though, haha.
