Here are some progress pictures. I'm not where I want to be yet. I think I still could lose another 10-15 pounds. I weighed 182 right before taking these pictures. I'm pretty happy though, I weight 230+ last July lol. So I'm happy losing 50 pounds of basically pure lard. Here's a Link to my RMP thread that I made in October(Big mistake making that thread lol but I did appreciate the encouragment). I'm 5'6 by the way.

I would really appreciate any feedback you guys have. I'm interested in competing in Bodybuilding in the future. There's a show in Wisconsin next May that I would like to do but I'm not sure yet. I'm not gonna post any of my lifts because I have no video proof but trust me they are nothing special at all lol.

You look like you lift from my point of wiew + congrats on shedding the weight :)

ps. I am small and weak so take this with a grain of salt, You will probably get better feedback
from one of the more experienced members here.

You're not doing bad man. In fact, chances are, you may be doing better than most here from what I've seen. You already know you need some more size on that chest and shoulders, but yeah, I am pretty sure most people can tell you lift weights.

I would say just give it more time. You seem headed in the right direction.

I would suggest checking out your diet.. TONS of articles on diet, it'll help reduce that excess body fat your carrying around, which in turn will make you look like a badass. Big kid tho, maybe consider a "cut" phase if youre trying to get into bodybuilding.

Good progress, I don't think that you need to gain anymore bf right now. You have a solid base and should either try to lean out a bit or do some body recomposition. The progress from your RMP thread is great! And I'd venture to say that you even gained muscle during your diet which shows that it is possible. What is your diet/cardio like at the moment? Target weight? Target bf?

You're doing very well for yourself brother, for real. Nice job so far.

To add on to what X said, the first that actually jumped out to me in terms of weaknesses is definitely lat width, by and by far. What kind of exercise selection are you using for width moves?

These are a couple pics I took today. I'm sitting at 205.8 and pretty soft. I'm planning on slowly cutting to 180 by summer. I'm hoping I'll look decently ripped at 180. Any critique or advice is welcome.

Good work. I would hold that weight for a while and try to clean up the diet even more.

DO NOT DIET....at least not yet. You did good considering that is 25lbs or so.

If you can afford it, that MAG-10 is good for body recomp without going all out with a diet. Pm me if you have any questions.

Thanks for the response X. Yeah that could be a good idea. I've started eating pretty clean already. Surprisingly I got sick of the junk food and actually started craving salads and fruits. Maybe I'll keep doing that for awhile and see what happens. I'm already down 3 lbs in about a week. I can't afford MAG-10 at the moment but when I can I will definitely look into it more. Thanks again for your reply, I always value your opinion. And you are looking SICK in that new avatar.
