Monica started training with us about 3 years ago, prior to that almost zero weight training experience, body weight high around 150, currently just under 120
training base has been 3 days/week, recently kicked up to 4/week
we have not added any traditional cardio yet... might not depending on progress
a typical training overview is as follows (we float body parts around quite a bit so the following is approximate/ day 1 is always similar, days 2-4 we mix up intentionally)
1 - heavy day incorporating squat & deadlift with some other GPP work
2 - light legs w/bi & tri
3 - upper back & hamstrings
4 - shoulders & tri's with light quad
