Background: I am 23 and have been lifting since I was 14. I lifted to help with sports and certainly not seriously. I was stupid and would bench everyday maybe work arms and that was really it. I did that for way too long. It certainly created a few imbalances. I continued to lift in college but mainly to stay in shape. I ended high school at 190 or so and proceded to drop to 155 once I hit college. 155 was my low January 2011 halfway through my senior yr at college. Jan 2011 is also when I decided to start training instead of lifting. I love it now and am completely addicted. Also just before that in dec of 2010 I was diagnosed with hypogonadism and hypothyroidism. I barely any test and my thyroid panel was ass backwards. I got my testosterone levels up to normal in June 2011 and thyroid levels are still not normal. I am hovering around 192-195 depending on the day right now.

Training states:
Start: Deads 155x6-8 --├??├?┬»?├??├?┬á365x5
Bench 195x7--├??├?┬»?├??├?┬á245x5 (haven├??├?┬ó??t been going heavy on this recently)
OHP 135x5---├??├?┬»?├??├?┬á160x5

I haven├??├?┬ó??t really been training heavy mostly in the 8-12 rep range. Recently I have started training more strength oriented with lower volume and strength has been jumping.

Body state:
Chest: 35---44.75
Shoulders: 46 (didn├??├?┬ó??t start until july)--├??├?┬»?├??├?┬á50
Arms: 13---├??├?┬»?├??├?┬á15.75
Waist:31---├??├?┬»?├??├?┬á33ish

Nutrition: I started out around 3000 cals a day. Worked up to 3500 or so during the summer. Started indigo in july and cals had to go to 4000 to make any gains in BW. Now I vary between 4000 to 5000 depending on the day. Mostly eat rice, potatoes, oatmeal for carbs. Pro is lean meat of any kind. And that is really about it. I eat ├??├?┬ó??clean├??├?┬ó?? because I prefer it. I eat lots of veggies. A large salad every day. 1lb of broccoli every day as well. And one other large serving of greens.

Any questions or comments I welcome. Goals are to continue to add size to basically get as big as I can. I really do try to remain lean as possible. I always have to fight the urge to stop and cut a for a bit. My waist is as big as it has ever been which I don├??├?┬ó??t like.

How did you go about getting your T levels back up?

Tried androgel which barely moved it (started at 59ng/dl). 2 times weekly shots are what i am on now. At at my peak i am at normal range about 900ng/dl and trough is 600ng/dl

Appreciate the compliment Stu. Means a lot coming from you. I just wish i could of been this serious for the first 6 years through HS and most of college. Instead i just screwed around mostly

Ryan, I thought I had already told you that you were making progress. If not, then yeah, it is apparent. I am not sure what your goals are but if they are to really fill out, you may not be eating enough.

Goals are to get really as big and muscular as possible. Lean obviously as well but that will have to come farther down the road. I want to have as much muscle as my frame will get me.

Thanks. its been a tough road with the hormones and all. They are shitty and the doctors are even worse. Hopefully as a doc i wont make the same mistakes. Good thing lifting is too much of a passion for me to give up just because my hormones might not be optimal

Still pushing. BW is back at my highest after a stint with RFL. Waist is 1/2 or so smaller this time. Arms, SHoulders, chest are 1/2 inch or so bigger this time.

This seems to be the body fat level my body likes to hold. Low back is nice and soft same with just under/around the navel. Oh well
