My logs will be detailed and throrough as much as possible. My wiritings maybe long, but i will try to keep them as interesting as possible. In the end im doing this for me and logging helps me achieve.
Tuesday JUNE 12, 2012: I got up and did moderate cardio at a 3.0-3.2 pace for about 45 minutes.
I also trained a whole body circuit as i missed my training most of last week and wanted to find my groove again.
My weight is at 197 lbs at 11:30 pm. (yesterday)
My week's goals:
-Precook my meals 2 days in advance, cooking EOD
-Catching every meal on time, every 2.5 hours
-Catch 30 mins cardio ED empty stomach FIRST thing AM (GLUTAMINE AND BCAA FOR BREAKFAST)
-Catch every workout, no matter what happens. from today to saturday end of day 7 pm). I must earn my sunday rest.
-Pose 3x a week Mon Wed Sat, 20 minutes infront of the cam only on Saturdays.
-Can plastic tupperware and buy glass containers instead.
- My sleep must get organized as i don't have a real schedule to discipline me
>>Sleep times (P= PREPARE B=BE IN BED:
>Tuesday: P 11:45, B 1 am
>Wednesday: P 11:30, B 12:45
>Thursday: P 11:20, B 12:35
>Friday: P 11:00 B:12:00
Today's Goals:
-Precook Meals for today and the day after, according to my Off-Season diet
-Clean Kitchen, Living Room, Bedroom, Washroom, Fridge to achieve solid discipline, organization and PERFECTION. Reminds me of the tyson movie when his coach would tell him to clean his room and do the dishes. Solid work ethic is earned and only achieved with practice.
-Do Cardio first thing in the AM, Pose after
-Train right after meal 3.

Lol, Heya Hussayn!!! Welcome back bro. Hopefully you can get back to where you were; serious, determined, and focused. We all lose sight of ourselves at times, no need to focus on the past, just move forward, and make yourself proud. I've always found this web site to be amazingly supportive, guess that's why I'm still here after so many years :)

I totally agree! T-Muscle is the only forum i've found that has members with brains. Other forums have good info mixed with useless posts. I like to use my time efficiently and benefit from it.
I'm not worried about the past though, i just like to write it out and complain about it so i feel the pain of missing out, and be reminded, not to let it happen again. The subconscious does not like the experience of pain.
For the serious athletes (competitve and non competitive), I CANNOT emphasize the importance of a log! Every time you write, you remember why you sacrifice time, family, friends, effort, money, sweat, emotion, and much more for for that one hour a day workout, day to day. You must be insane to train and not have a real motive. And most people here aren't insane.
So as for goals smashed:
My week's goals:
-Precook my meals 2 days in advance, cooking EOD - I've been precooking my chicken, but still haven't packaged my stuff. Getting there though. Good news : Since i've been cutting my grandmas grass everyweek, i got the hook up to her catering service ;).... So she will be doing some cooking for me lol.
-Catching every meal on time, every 2.5 hours That's been good without question
-Catch 30 mins cardio ED empty stomach FIRST thing AM (GLUTAMINE AND BCAA FOR BREAKFAST) Been doing cardio, missing glutamine and bcaa... I'll put more focus on this.
-Catch every workout, no matter what happens. from today to saturday end of day 7 pm). I must earn my sunday rest. I did every workout so far, but missed shoulders. However, i've been more concistent and anticipating my workouts throughout the day a lot more (very important). If i had a punanni, it would be dripping wet right now thinking of back day.
-Pose 3x a week Mon Wed Sat, 20 minutes infront of the cam only on Saturdays. This has been a regular thing everyday but not on cam. I some training vids i'll be posting. Cam will only be once a week.
TIP: If your back development sucks or needs to be improved, stop looking at only your front side and side, put a second mirror in your washroom (tall short, hang it whatever) so you can understand your back and know it actually exists. Since i've been looking at my back a lot more, ive been able to break down the weaknesses which allows me to create a customized worktout for myself.
-Can plastic tupperware and buy glass containers instead. I've had to do some budget cuts and glass will have to wait.
- My sleep must get organized as i don't have a real schedule to discipline me - Although my sleep hasn't consistantly early, i've been sleeping slightly earlier and getting up earlier. I'm going to gradually work my way down in bed time. Since re-introducing the POLINQUIN BAT CAVE PROTOCOL, i've been inducing in deeper and shorter sleeps. Again, did this in 09 and stopped. A must for great sleep.
Some side notes:
1. Cardio is kicking in, i haven't even changed from my off season diet and already lost my love handles (where most my fat gets stored). I went ot he family picnic with a sleeveless shirt, everybody was " Mirin' " haha. It feels good to look good!
2. I judged my first competition as a test judge this saturday. I met up with polinquin at his seminar. This guy is a cocky mofo, has a sense of humor and can back up his funny ass hole attitude with his knowledge. I respect him a lot.
3. Last night i was reflecting (as i always do because of my hyper mind) and was wondering why my back wasn't as thick as it should be. I looked at this old pic and remembered, in 09, deadlifts were the essential, staple, core exercise of my training routine. It was a religious practice i did on saturdays. I left saturdays just for deads. Now back at em again, i did them today and damn.... Felt good.
Another thing i lost is my emotionless feirce intensity. I'm still intense but not like before. It's come back and seeing drastic changes in a short period of time.
I'll post pics and vids as soon as i find my phone!

aight Quadzilla is back. In case you didn't know thats my nick name, you can refer me by that if you think it suits haha
I have been running around all day, and been so busy i worked out at the gym and had my workout partner piss me off but i shut my mouth, kept , didn't say a word, used my aggression to the workout and left. I skipped cardio but i could not allow my emotions get in the way so i drove to the next gym and did cardio there. I'm coming along real nice, leaning down at a good rate, not too fast, nor too slow. I like the shape and size i pack, and simply need to amplify it in certain areas. It's a farm house in the making, and the barn door is on order.
Leave me your feedback.

I get creative! Thanks man :)
This week has been crazy, i've had many uncertaintees as for money (lack of quality employment), to finding out how i'm gonna earn my next meal lol. But i perceveired. I also watched my grandfather in the hospital, and slept on the floor... But i made a come back today and and like a teddy bear.
As the days progress, i get more certain of what ihave to do to win. It keeps coming to me.
I know ih ave to cap my shoulders, thicken and widen my back and sculpt my arms (they will grow with heavy training).
I'm going to reserve saturday for back day. It will consist of 2 workouts. 1 am 1 pm. The am one will be more heavy sutff for thickness like 6 sets of deads and 6 sets for rows. The pm will be more cable and pulling movements for width.
I may be biased, positively or negatively sometimes, but i think i'm looking great and simply have a few improvements to make. Based on my lines and shape, i will do well lin the next few years, i just have to keep my focus and grind!
I've also been carrying the video camera around with me and been taping so a lifestyle/training/cooking video will come up soon!
Great news is i have a job interview at a car dealership tomorrow and look forward to that. Car sales is something i'll be making great money in as it suits my type of sales persona. I've done retail and b2b, retail was better success. Plus, people like buying from a confident, jacked sales man, it makes them feel secure ;)
