Spend a good 6months of my life trying to get from 140pounds to 130 till one day i said fuck it and decided to bulk.
The right is the before and left is the after.
lemme know what you guys think!
While im at it, i also need advice on a lower back injury which really resulted in much pain and shit over the past few days(heard a pop in my lower back while doing it). However, i dont feel much pain now and am able to run. Hurts a little when i do deadlifts tho. Any advice? thanks people i appreciate it!

ohh btw, it took me 3months from the right to the left. Im not the biggest and my genetics certainly arent the best, but i try(:

Upper chest and legs, other than that your progress is coming along nicely. Don't get too caught up with genetic blah blah fact is you've worked hard.

Look after your back bro, if you heard a pop and its giving you problems maybe you should have it looked at, if you herniated a disc you're in for a life time of problems.
