Spend a good 6months of my life trying to get from 140pounds to 130 till one day i said fuck it and decided to bulk.

While im at it, i also need advice on a lower back injury which really resulted in much pain and shit over the past few days(heard a pop in my lower back while doing it). However, i dont feel much pain now and am able to run. Hurts a little when i do deadlifts tho. Any advice? thanks people i appreciate it!
