Hey!
Im a person with a really high metabolism, you can coun't me in in the "hardgainers" list. Im very skinny by default, 2 years ago I eat junkfood 3 times a week and still didn't weigh more than 149.6 lbs (that was actually the heaviest I've ever been)
Any way I adopted a new lifestyle some time ago by enrolling in a boxing gym for a year. Because of various reason's i've quit boxing and my current training plan is Cardio 3-5 days a week (it depends on my timetable) and Weight Lifting.
Lately I've become way more concious of my diet.
I don't really know if I should be cutting or bulking though. Right now im just eating as much healthy food as I can (tuna, salad, chicken breast, brown rice, etc.) Cause I did a serious cutting diet for a week but I looked way to skinny, not very attractive for the ladies.. haha.
So maybe you can give me some advice? Should I eat more or less?
