Thanks man. I cycled calories. High protein and high carbs on workout days. High protein, moderate fat, and lower carbs on rest days. Lots of vegetables, lean meats, potatoes, and some fruit for the most part. I trained three days per week.
Monday: Deadlift back assistance
Wednesday: Bench assistance
Friday: Squats leg assistance
The training was low volume and heavy weight in the 6-8 rep range for most exercises (except deadlifts which was 4-5). On the rest days I walked for 45 - 60 minutes.

Not really, I am already back on the Texas Method working on strength again and eating tons of food. I don't really care about being lean to be honest, I just wanted to see what I looked like without a layer of fat covering the muscle.

Thanks man! I'm gonna keep focusing on strength for the next 6 - 9 months or so and then maybe try a cut again after that.

So the starting was that you not lean? Because looks like you started out pretty lean and got shredded. Either way great job.

Shredded brah, you looking to clean bulk now?
I suppose so. I'm not terribly concerned about keeping the leanness. After this cut I learned how to do it and I know I can do it again if I want to. For now I just want to get my numbers up and put on a few pounds of muscle. I don't want to get fat as fuck, but I'm not gonna obsess about keeping the food clean.

I thought the starting point was the 8 week cut before I read the text under the picture...
Awesome job. Now clean bulk about fifteen pounds and you'll be a monster.

You said you ate high protein and high carbohydrates on workout days, how would you rate the fat calories? Did you try to keep fat low or did you go for an even split between protein, carbs and fat?
Also great physique, man. How much do you squat for a set of 5? :)
