I am a fan of the intense diets for weight loss and this one, like the V-diet, seems to include a lot of protein so as to spare muscle. On the other hand I would be hesitant to jump from a diet to a bulk so quickly. You may want to take a couple of months and let your body build its metabolism back up. If you don't you may see yourself jump right back up to 85kg and not even noob gains account for building muscle that fast.
And just out of curiosity, what does your race have to do with anything?
