Good day

Recently I tried a diet from a Tim Ferries book called the 4 hour body. It is the diet described for getting under 10% BF

It is 180grms of one of the following meat, chicken, fish and nuts every 3 hours and a few green vegetables

I combined this diet with pre breakfast sprints ( 20, 50 meter sprints with a walk back then sprint rest)

Also 2 full body weight training sessions a week
1 Kickboxing session a week
1 No Gi Brazilian jiujitsu session a week
1 5x5 min max heart rate HIIT conditioning work out consisting of Hill sprints, Burpees and high rep power cleans and press's

I went from 85kgs to 80kgs in the 2 weeks
and was happy with the results and enjoyed the intense but short style of the diet

Currently bulking cleanly back up to 90kgs then I will try this diet for 4 weeks

O yea and i'm 6'2 and half indian half white race

Why did you only blur out your face in the 2nd pic, and only blur out your nipples in the first lol?

Sorry brah but all I really notice is you look a little drier in the second and also a little cleverly placed downlighting. Have you considered a serious bulk?

ha!that was exactly what i thought-whats with the nipple blank?eitherway, the lighting is very different and adds alot to the sec pic but good work if you managed to drop that much weight that quickly.now starft eating and growing

I am a fan of the intense diets for weight loss and this one, like the V-diet, seems to include a lot of protein so as to spare muscle. On the other hand I would be hesitant to jump from a diet to a bulk so quickly. You may want to take a couple of months and let your body build its metabolism back up. If you don't you may see yourself jump right back up to 85kg and not even noob gains account for building muscle that fast.

And just out of curiosity, what does your race have to do with anything?

Dunno if a couple months are needed but you will want to do at least a week on maintence to let your hormones rebalance as they probably are in the tank unless you are taking exogenous.
